What do you like best about the product?
I have found Salesforce Sales Cloud to be a one stop solution to keep a track of my opportunities and it's helped me in my forecasts. It's great to have a holistic view of my accounts, their various opportunities and forecast percentaages, next steps, important contacts, etc. The dashboards are very useful too to help me plan better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like all the current capabilities offered and don't see any concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps Customer Success to keep a track of all the ongoing opportunities in our accounts so we don't miss out on any key information. It's great for our forecast calls as well and eliminates the need to maintain spreadsheets with the important information required.
