Great support for a start up
What do you like best about the product?
The initial enagement was positioned well for a start up and ongoing communcation and support devloped well as things scaled up.

Lack of local support based in Australia

Ensures that we meet the obligations of regulators, protetc our business and our custoemrs from financial crime, demostrate to our key external stakeholders that we have robuist controls and undertand the risk environment in whichh we work
Good platform for watchlist screening
What do you like best about the product?
How easy is to use the product. We integrate with our KYC provider so every check is done at once. Their support is great as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to have dynamic profile settings for same user

What do you like best about the product?
ComplyAdvantage provides solid, holistic approach to managing anti-money laundering issues, monitoring transactions and PEP management, with the perk of uncluttered and sensible UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding a broader set of features and preferably integrating CA AML with other compliance and oprisk solutions would go a long way toward ensuring deeper usability

It does precisely what AML compliance solution should do and does it by enabling user friendly approach and comprehensive monitoring, thus speeding up the overall processes and ensuring swifter reactions.
