Overall a good tool

What do you like best about the product?
I can manage my projects easily. I can see the workflows and files separately. I have different ways of downloading target files. I can choose the workflow steps to work on. I can assign different steps for the workflow like Correct or Review after translation.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't write the correct name of a project, it won't appear. You have to put one key word specifically to find it. I don't like that. I'd like to copy/paste the name and be able to find my project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organize my projects and get the resources I need for each project easily. Some of the problems are the search. Sometimes you have to go to advanced search to find a project. XTM has solved some issues when having an urgent translation project. For example, I used the MT for a project we couldn't translate. Google MT is decent and helps get things done when humans proofread afterward.

What do you like best about the product?
All the functionalities are user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system sometimes gets down. The user should control terminology highlighting in the workbench.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data storage and parallel functioning on cloud helps a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility for things like changing workflows or assigning different LSPs/translators.
What do you dislike about the product?
The TM and the term base are very simplistic and could use some work. For example, I'd like to be able to add strings to a TM without having to import.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple projects, maintaining our TM, maintaining our terminology.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the Workbench to be simple enough to navigate for a user who's not necessarily experienced. It's quite convenient to work with XTM cloud as I do not need to rely on a device or a place and I can be flexible while working.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times, when certain functions, such as adding terms to the personal dictionary, doesn't work as it should. The workbench has a bit of a problem in recognizing verbs, specially in imperative. It's not a dealbreaker by any means, but it means a lot of false positives during the LQA process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps centralize all the material coming from different teams, which have different formats, and being able to deliver the project directly. The fact we can connect XTM with Figma or other platforms is very useful and streamlines the process.

What do you like best about the product?
XTM cloud support has been really helpful. The account manager as well is super helpful and professional
What do you dislike about the product?
The license cost is a quite high and if we need more license this will be a concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
XTM cloud has allowed us to automate workflows along with our Translation management system (Plunet) this has been a great addition for our teams

OK Tool, but Too Expensive & Cumbersome

What do you like best about the product?
The usual functionalities of a TMS that it provides.
API access for custom integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support ticketing system is inefficient, support team aren't very competent.
The UX/UI is old-fashioned and not greatly user-friendly.
It's not up to the speed with the emerging AI technologies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
API access for us to build our own integrations for other services and software to optimize the l10n workflows.

Decent CAT tool

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and easy to navigate, it has all the features a translator needs to do their job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I may not know all the features but from my experience, it would be useful to have the option to accept all the project tasks in one click instead of having to do it one by one (especially in case of a project with dozens of files.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to install dedicated software. Possibility to work from anywhere.

Handy software with Google plugins

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the integration with other software I'm using such as Google docs/sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes translations are slow to pull into spreadsheets. There could be a UI element that sets expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Localization of copy in 12+ languages to serve the language preferences of users worldwide.
