Powerful product with many useful features that is improving on it's ease of use

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of customization is available to set up projects and workflows according to our needs. Support for files and configurations to automate the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires a lot of fine tuning, features are not always presented in the most intuitive way. Some simple QOL updates would make features much easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
XTM is helping us to manage all our translation projects as well as manage the custom workflows for a variety of internal and external translators. Help us with reporting on translation metrics for planning budgets and decision making. We also use XTM to help integrate a variety of other content platforms to translate in one place, Bloomreach, Marketo, Ixiasoft.

Using XTM Cloud speeds up our work and improves its quality!

What do you like best about the product?
Using Rigi helps us improving our localization workflows as it makes us faster, increases the quality of our localization as even external translators are now finally able to localize in context, decreases our workload (one screenshot which is made for all languages - how cool is that?!) and the number of raised queries! I could go on, but I recommend you try it out yourself! ;) But this is only the technical part: Collaborating with the XTM guys is always fun and very nice! 5 out of 5 stars for the support and commitment of everybody working at XTM!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not always very intuitive, but that is not that much of a problem as you get used to it and you also can ask the XTM guys for help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Easily accessible, intuitive and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
- Unable to open multiple files at once
- Batch replace in the file itself, and among multiple files can be troublesome
- There is no 'undo' feature when doing a batch replace (i.e. replace all)
- Limited search with conditions (example, search for a specific word in the target, when the source text does not contain a certain words)
- Researching terms in termbase with complicated context can be troublesome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team can work on it from anywhere. No business disruptions except when XTM is under maintenance over weekends.

Elevating Translation Efficiency: A Review of XTM’s Translation Management System

What do you like best about the product?
- The SYSTRAN MT integration that uses NFA with the XTM TM to use fuzzy matches to create more accurate MT translations.
- The AI Enhanced TM
- The AI tag insert function within the TM
- Review in-context capabilities with the visual editor
- The Adobe AEM Connector that allows me to manage my translation from the AEM interface with templates that properly structure my translation project and run the entire workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The cost of the AEM connector and the lack of development to better connect the TM with AEM so if a change is made in the document, the TM is updated.
- There is a lack of development in the visual editor for video subtitles. Would like JW player integration with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's functions my translation management systems and allows me to spend minimal time managing our translation operations.

What do you like best about the product?
You can easily create, asign or delete projects,.

Create clients, users.

Easy handle of translations memories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support could be slow, sometimes there are systems erros when you download a translated document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing all the projects in one friendly enviroment app, so you can track any project from any user, see how the translator is going on the project.

Great tool for scaling localisation efforts

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that allows me and my team to have full access to all translation memories and other linguistic assets. It is very intuitive and easy to use, set up was also straightforward.
My team and I use it every day, and it has allowed us to switch from a manual copy and paste approach to fully automated imports thanks to its connectors.
Whenever we have an issue we find it's promptly addressed and resolved in most cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think XTM could use some refinements within the Workbench and in the file management interface that would elevante the user experience (e.g. ability to select multiple segments at once in Workbench and ability to export final files individually).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows translation team to access all translation management.
Integrates with key systems and avoids a lot of manual work for several teams.
Enables the team to manage the whole localisation workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Dedicated team of experts to help with config requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription model may not be as cost-effective for those with limited translation needs. Word processing costs limits add up also.
Termbase module is not intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Controlling and centralising TM.
Speeding up turnaround times.
Reducing costs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like XTM because it's easy to use and it can support a great number of tasks thanks to it's features, integrations and connectors. The Customer Support is reliable and quick in their response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. Some features I consider essential and that should be included in the main plan, not with an added cost. In the end I can't use XTM for many tasks because I'd need to pay for each feature separately and it would be too expensive. An example is Dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me centralise all our translations in one place, which helps reducing project management time.
