Best Artificial Intelligence Translation Tool

What do you like best about the product?
XTM could save a lot of time in terms of translation management of multi-country sites. Their platform provides translation services that could save not only time to the team so that they can focus on more important things but as well costs due to their AI machine translation. Their support is also excellent, and able to provide correct answers on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we haven't reached a point where we dislike something in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using XTM to translate multi-language e-commerce sites at low costs and quickly deliver the translated content. XTM provides the ability everything to automated everything so that people don't bother with translations manually.

XTM: A feature-rich and robust TMS and CAT tool

What do you like best about the product?
XTM is the most feature-rich cloud-based TMS and CAT tool we have worked with. Its CAT features are robust enough to rival some of the well-known desktop applications, and the TMS integrates project, vendor, and client management in a single platform. Their customer support staff is unusually responsive. Feature requests appear in subsequent releases as if by magic. It is refreshing to see a company that takes customer feedback seriously and integrates suggestions directly into its roadmap. New features roll out every couple of months, some of which are very clever and not offered in other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI is not the most intuitive, especially in account settings pages. However, these pages are few, and it looks like XTM is taking steps to clean them up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
XTM has helped us streamline our translation process from client intake, content ingestion, work assignment, and delivery to the client. It is easy to change workflow settings midstream based on changing requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
XTM is cloud based, which is great for me to teach my students all over the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some recorded webinars will be useful for my students to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My students had difficulty to set up their personal passwords. XTM technical support helped them solve their problems in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes our lives so easy. We translate, edit and manage on the same platform. XTM makes continuous localization effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto suggest is needed. Reports and translation memory management can be enhanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
XTM brings ease of use and many levels of automation to our translation workflow. It also has chat, comment, share, co-work functionalities which are great for tram work.
We can work faster and deliver better translation quality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely try it.
