Enterprise-grade EDR with tools to make Incident Response and Recovery a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to present detailed relationships between security events on a system greatly reduces response times during attacks. The platform shows a clear chain between all aspects of what an attack has touched on the system which reduces what can be an hours-long, grueling process of sifting through logs to a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation to details outside of what the system identifies as an attack can still be very difficult to achieve. Any tasks that need to be manually traced and researched can be buried in the UI, leaving you in a position of trust that S1 has identified everything you might care about as an attack ahead of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to move past simple NGAV and into a more security-specific platform to detect and respond to threats. Client logs were previously a difficult thing to analyze and manage and S1 has made that much easier and provided a clear pathway to integrate with the rest of our Security Operations Center capabilities.

Very effective in detectintio and alerting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other tool, you need to be sure you have the staff to support the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We replaced ESET with SentinelOne. Very pleased so far with the software and support.

simplicity in its implementation and effectiveness against any threat

not much except maybe the updates sometimes without too many details beforehand. But it's minimal

real-time protection, instant feedback, 24/7 Vigilance support, avant-garde for its embedded technologies

What do you like best about the product?
We have the vigilance service and it helps us a lot with detections and corrective activities. Additionally, we find it very easy to manage the SentinelOne agents from the console.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have the complete software inventory of all the servers and workstations, but I don't have a way to manage that software. I thnik that that funcionallity it's part of asset management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting against malware. We have the ranger console and I have a full endpoint management and I can install the sentinelOne agents (and detect some issues) from the same console.

What do you like best about the product?
it is robust, light on the end point, and you can automate many actions in the system. The visiblity is also a very important feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think. The system works as expected.

The managmeent of the system does not require a lot of man power.

the agent upgrade section cannot be filtered or limited to see/view only the agents that you want to see

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a Next Generation AntiVirus solution that does not negatively impact our end users with either slowness, or, affect our software developers with false positives
Powerful tool to give you visibility and control over the workstations in your environment
What do you like best about the product?
I love having complete visibility and control over the endpoints I manage through the management console.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was dificult to deploy the SentinelOne MacOS agent via Intune. They don't officially support Intune for Mac deployments, though it is possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A next-gen antivirus and EDR platform that protects our systems and provides visibility and control.
Easy setup and management
What do you like best about the product?
Compatible to use with all major operating systems including macOS, Windows, Windows Server, and various Linux distributions. This allows us to manage our entire environment with one product line.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very powerful tool that can require some knowledge in writing database queries to take full advantage of the software in tracking down attacks across systems and files accessed by attackers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SentinelOne serves as our Antivirus, EDR, XDR, and Vulnerability scanner. It has removed previously unknown threats in our environment and prevented new ones. It has met the criteria for our business and insurance needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The admin controls for SentinelOne make it easy to keep our organization safe and allow for lots of customization and control by groups and different high-risk users. I like the visibility into incidents and it's easy to identify what is an actual threat and what is a false-positive. Updating agents is easy and generating reports is also super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having an option for automatic updates is a slight disadvantage and not being able to schedule recurring full disk scans. I also notice that there are a lot of false positives that come up but I would rather have that then the latter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SentinelOne is our EDR and is used to protect our end user devices from malware and viruses. I have pretty high confidence it is protecting our endpoints and it is an easy tool to use.
