Works well!
What do you like best about the product?
It's automatically scheduled, so it's one less thing I have to worry about!

I honestly have no complaints with the product!

It backs up everything so I don't have to worry about losing content and having to start all the way over!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and reassurance to know you've got a safe backup of most data you enter into a Shopify store. There are plenty of times where loss of data can happen and this just gives you ultimate peace of mind!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think MAYBE a free tier of sorts with some basic backup functionality? Sometimes it's hard to get clients who can't pay the fee on board - especially those with a low budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially, problems where previously we couldn't really guarantee to a client that data would be safe on Shopify - we now have the peace of mind knowing we can fill this gap.

How easy it is to use. Set up was a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally nothing. Everything is simple and easy.

Having back ups in case something goes wrong is huge for me. And doing it effortlessly.
Rewind is like life insurance you don't want to use it but if it happens Rewind is the solution

Simple automatic backups, no need of tech.

Honestly, at the moment nothing that dislikes at the moment.

Keeps all our client info and order info safe! Super happy to have this, provides a lot of peace of mind.

Nothing! Product is great, no complaints.

Protecting valuable assets and data from potential crashes or user errors.

Easy to use with a clean user interface. Automatic backups and version restore.

Provides a 'safety net' for our Shopify store, especially during major theme and/or product changes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wouldn't give subscribing a second thought. Piece of mind is well worth the low monthly cost.

Hands-off automated backups make it easy to recover in case anything goes wrong with your Shopify store.

I've never had trouble with the Rewind Backup software.

The software gives us the ability to undo mistakes and recover in case we lose our store. We've used the software to recover mistakenly deleted products.

Excellent tool for peace of mind
What do you like best about the product?
It's all automated -- I don't have to do anything, gives me peace of mind when I am making changes to Shopify that I can go backwards and not lose anything. Best app I could find there was nothing similar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, have used it for over a year now and will continue to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Peace of mind that everything is backed up and I can make changes to my platform without worries. Also reassured me when I hire staff and freelancers in case they make any mistakes.
