Quick Efficient Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration between many departments is user friendly and easy

not as many options to create personalized templates but working on learning more

Good Experience for Advising
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the list option. I use it to creat list and then email directly from the list. I allows me to see when I sent someone an email and if they were on any other list I created in the past.
I liked the campaign feature before it was updated. I used it regularly to hold graduation forums. I could see who rsvp'd and who opened but did not schedule.
Advance search with the abilty to email straight from the search you just pulled.
Drop in option instead of appointments
Report on appointment is super easy when they schedule it already populates the information and you only need to write your note.
I like the summary page as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish I can archive or move list up them up an down based on the date I started and not based on the title I give them.
The email is not customizable for example, it doesn't allow me to use my company signature which includes a pictore in the message.
I don't like that I can't pull an advanced report for just specific letter grades.

The list allows me to create various list to communicate to only the population I need to at the time.
Visually-appealing and intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
So far, I enjoy the size and spacing of the user interface. It has a visually-appealing color and font scheme, as well as intuitive methods of creating appointment campaigns and availability. Easy to connect to my instutition's email.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a good way to keep up with student information that is easy and quick to access.

It can be a little bulky with the information, but it does not hinder.

What do you like best about the product?
Transparency of coursework necessary to graduate, academic plans, adding to-do notes, easy tagging system, appointment campaigns, have I already mentioned appointment campaigns??!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
The current downside is my university's platform doesn't communicate with EAB in real-time. There is a time-lapse in the information posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After I have built an appointment campaign and students are meeting with me, Navigate will filter out what students haven't made an appointment or met with me, saving me a lot of time so I can work on other projects.

Exceptional advising tool
What do you like best about the product?
Navigate seems like a scheduling tool; once you begin to utilize all of the different features that it obtains-it's great. Using it as a tool for Student Services at a higher education institution has made a difference in how our departments operate within the last year, exclusively with the pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigate has some features that would work better with some improvement in communication and how to develop the features we need. Having a bit more options on how to implement certain sections would be great; overall, the software development is done well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can use it for academic planning and adjusting the needs we need for other departments, such as Financial Aid. Communication aspects of the application have done well to create a streamline with our students.

What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive and user-friendly it is, I like the ability to see all the student information in one place, the tabs for the different aspects of the student profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little bit cumbersome to toggle between screens, for example, if I am scheduling an appointment with a student I have to close the window to see their information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing all the student info in one place, issuing alerts for all the care team, scheduling appointments, communicating with students via text message (their prefer method of communication)

Able to keep track of progress and communication among multiple people all in one location. Easy to learn and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn’t do everything we need it to do so it’s an additional software to use.

Tracking progress and increasing communication.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn and visually very clean / uncluttered. I look forward to the new upgrades coming onboard at our institution next year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is frustrating to have to click through so many options in order to get to the information I need. It would be great to have a main "dashboard" for a student with all important info on one screen.

EAB provides information access to students, instructors, and staff that help us monitor progress and realize potential issues.
