10/10 for webhosting
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is the most important thing. Cpanel interface is very much user friendly and anybody can use it with a bit of research. There are many more options and services in cpanel compared to other hosting platforms like firectadmin or plesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike. However, sometimes I felt like there are some bug while trying to run the autossl for domains. It runs in an infinite loop sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The servers with cpanel installed are much more convenient to run daily tasks and troubleshooting. Most of the options are in the frontend itself and therefore rarely we need to use backed for any kind of troubleshooting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that cPanel makes it easy to add domains to your server and manage them through WHM. The interface makes basic setup items such as email set up simple. You can use integrated tools to easily install content management programs on your domain, use phpmyAdmin to manage databases, and there are resource management tools to troubleshoot server slowdowns.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you enjoy working on your server directly on the back end cPanel can introduce problems as it automates resetting your changes made outside of the system. An experienced server admin would likely be better off working without a Panel. cPanel can create security holes if you don't set it up properly and use secure passwords. The rising price point is becoming prohibitive

Allows easy management of multiple domains / accounts on a server.

The dashboard is intuitive and easy to use even for non technical people.

I don't dislike anything but maybe the icon graphics could be a little better.

cPanel lets me manage all of my web sites and can easily access all of the Tools in the dashboard.

I used Cpanel with DedicatedCore for monitor my server and they give all features which I need to handel my website.

Best dashboard to manage linux servers
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best dashboard out there to manage linux servers, has a very clean layout, super user friendly, WHM is for server administrators and cPanel is for end users who uses it every day. WHM is capable of customzing everything to our likings and cPanel loved by our customers. Very easy to setup, and the cPanel team is there always to help you out when you stuck. We have integrated it with WHMCS and it makes the billing side of it easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the price for mid-tieres can be lowered a bit that would benificatial to users.

Manage linux servers and provide an interface for end users to manage thiere portion of it.

Easy Website and Server Management
What do you like best about the product?
Helps us manage our websites and servers without running complex commands.
We often need to tweak settings to be able to install our software product on a website and cpanel helps us to perform actions that can easily be done without the need of a technical person.

What do you dislike about the product?
While performing actions related to database like creating new database or adding a database user the panel takes a lot of time to go back to the previous page. This thing needs to be improved upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a software product company and our product gets installed on a server. Me and my team needs to install the product at least twice a week and we can easily do so with the help of cpnel without the need to contact DevOps team. We use features like uploading the file on server, creating/modifying database, setting up corn jobs with the help of cpanel.
Also to troubleshoot the server cpanel offers a Terminal on which we can run Linux and laravel commands to interact with our server. Without cpanel it would be very difficult for me and my team to set up our product. We would need to be doing all things via commands and thus would have been a very steep learning which is cut short by cpanel

A user friendly tool for backend domain and web management.
What do you like best about the product?
Its quick and user friendly. You can easily shift from any other platform and if you are new to backend web developemnt, cpanel stands as a good strating point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of its siplicity, functions are limited and errors are sometimes overlooked. Navigating to the error log is like walking through a maze. File handling is also limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is running my website and my domain. the benefits are that I can run multiple domains on the same C-Panel login as I have bought them from the same hosting provider.
