Helps with Windows workloads!
What do you like best about the product?
It has helped us provision instances for our environment as well as deploy code and our applications for Windows.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we mostly focus on Windows and the playbooks within, we need better support for Windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to deploy applications after purchasing a company that used a Windows workload; AAP help us have a seemless transition with 0 downtime.
Ansible AAP Review
What do you like best about the product?
It is a one stop shop for the Windows and Linux automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ansible needs to have more Windows specific modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Ansible AAP we get a rich UI and Dashborad that helps us look at the processes. Also With Ansible we were able to configure more then 200 Windows servers which saved months of manualk works.

We can use command line and well as the interface.

Dependance on client software to be at certain levels. A common issue with most applications.

How easy my team can complete tasks that normally take days or weeks.

Nothing at this momement as we just started to use the product.

Resolving human errors that occur with repetative tasks.
Automation is Key and AAP give us a fast way to build new things

It is easy to start with and it helps to increase colaboration across different teams

On large scale you can run in some challenges and performance problems. to scale up a downtime is needed

AAP helps us to reduce deployment time for new servers from days down to minutes

it`s solving most of the automation and configuration problems also rutine task for OS managementand and orchestration
Great Automation Product and Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to automate all of the tedious and recurring tasks that have been a pain to run either on a daily, weekly or montly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of folder or template management. We currently have 50 templates and to sort through them is a pain when all encompassed in 1 window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having continuous and identical tasks being run the same each and everytime and takign that output to then further inform our users of the process.
Good product, but limited use case for our enviroment

Flexibility, ease of administration, and future feature ads

Steep learning curve, ux is not intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a front end for ansible, making it easier for people to use that are unfamiliar with CLI interfaces.
Best Ui for Ansilbe with a lot of governance features
What do you like best about the product?
Control Groups and audit logs are one of the features i use in mz day to daz business
What do you dislike about the product?
Database migrations could be a pain, GitOps isn't good integrated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The certified collections for SAP are really helpful to quickly setup a SAP sytem for testing purposes
Ansible is not only a great product but has helped to change the culture at our org
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that ansible uses Yaml which is plain test language, it makes it easier to teach new people joining our team, i also like that it is vendor agnostic so we only need one automation platform for our entire fleet
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing i dont like about AAP is that there is no select all and disable or enable servers in an inventory. This means that i have to manually disable or enable each server
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistancy: Because of ansible our network functions are now very consistant which avoids outages.
