What do you like best about the product?
AAP provides all the power of ansible and gives you a web interface where less technical users can start very complex operations with the click of a button. It can also be driven by events (not even that click is needed! :) )

The initial setup is non-trivial. Some pre-existing playbooks require modifications to run well on AAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ansible is the cornerstone of our IT management. We are hoping to start using AAP soon.

AAP saves me time

What do you like best about the product?
AAP has been a great upgrade moving from Ansible Tower. We have been able to utilze the platform to manage upgrades of the OS, daily drift and compliance checking. It's been great platform to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that is frustrating about AAP is the separate logins for Hub and different authentication methods for integrating into Active Directory. It was a challenge to get it all working and stay working consistantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AAP allows our small team to manage many servers in a unified way. It allows us to have teams in different countries work consistantly and get work done efficiently. AAP also is allowing us to manage a life cycle event for RHEL7 servers. Having to manually upgrade these servers for our customers would have been very time consuming and prone to user error.
