What do you like best about the product?
It gives us the flexibility to build reports and insights exactly how we need them, and it’s clear there’s a lot of room for it to grow with our business. The automatic email schedules are fantastic to get data reports you need direct to your inbox, once they are set up they just keep arriving as per schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially it is quite hard to find your way around how the software works, lots of functionality to get used to. Also behind the scenes to build in or add extra functions that you may need, it is SQL language. Although we originally purchased the software through a third party IT company who were not very good at all. If we had gone direct with Panintelligence in the first instance I think we would have understand the software a lot quicker as the Pan team are really knowledgeable and friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us see data easier and more accurate. This saves time and enables us to keep a check on KPI's easier and spend more time making business decisions, rather than spending time on repetitive admin tasks building data every week or every month. once charts or reports are built they can be scheduled to email however often you want to see them.

What do you like best about the product?
The staff and product are on point very helpful and PI is very user friendly, easily implemented and has become the go too for fast factual data, PI has been integrated with ease and embraced across our company been used everyday and so far we are very happy .
What do you dislike about the product?
At present I can't say we have a downside

Panintelligence is a great all-rounder BI platform - highly recommended

What do you like best about the product?
It's great having a BI tool that is both easy to use and super-flexible behind-the-scenes. With it all being SQL based, you can debug and tweak queries used for the wide-range of chart types to ensure you get what you need. The security system gives you total control over both table and row-based data access for each user role ensuring that sensitive data is properly protected.

Panintelligence themselves are a great partner - they are super-keen to ensure that the tool is implemented well and being used in the best way. There are great training courses and expert help is always available - both as support and consultancy.

As a new airline, we had a blank sheet of paper for all our systems. When we chose Panintelligence, we were able to get the whole BI project up from conception to delivery in 2 months! This was helped by really easy data integration with our backend data warehouse (which was also in its infancy).

I would highly recommend Panintelligence and their BI platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations in the finessing of some of the formatting, but that really is being a bit picky. The reporting side of the tool (as opposed to the dashboarding), works well, but could do with some more features. Generally, however, the tool is flexible enough that you can work around any limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The collation and distribution of reporting and dashboarding within the business. Critical information needs to be distributed both internally and externally for both operational and regulatory purposes as well as providing great analysis of our on-time performance statistic.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can get a dashboard set up for pretty much anything from your system, with whatever design or layout you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can be quite complicated to set up some charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has enabled us to have a dashboard displaying in the office with live sales data

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use of their software and developers of the product actually come on calls with the customer to solve issues when escalated from the support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment there is nothing i dislike about panintelligence's software or team.

Access to realtime analytics across the bussiness for all our staff.

Sometimes the Modules are somewhat complicated to seperate and understand between.

It has reduced the amount of time that is spent on building reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Reports and Charts can be created very easily and changed to suit the audience quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Our previous frustrations were due to support being provided by a 3rd party rather than directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest problem has been the ability to quickly analyse our sales performance. Panintelligence has helped us streamline our reporting and quickly see trends and changes in customer behaviour.

What do you like best about the product?
The support that you get from the team at Pan Intelligence is leagues ahead of the competition. They work with you to address your problems, not just throwing generic support at you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve, where you're familiar with other BI tools. They do things a little differently. It's a strength of the product once you know it, but the adjustment is a little steep to begin with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We hold a huge dataset but have no way of making it accessible. We've chosen Pan Intelligence to be the BI Tool that we use for that.

What do you like best about the product?
We worked with Pan Intelligence during the search for a white lable software for one of our new products.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our product idea, the dataset creation needed a bit to much detailed knowledge. As we are aiming towards a quite broad group of customers this was a small downside.
This downside can be a huge advantage, if a high number of possibilities to adjust the dataset is needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a whitelable BI software, which we could integrate to our software, to provide dashboards and reports.

Simple setup and excellent training and support

What do you like best about the product?
The ease at which i am able to create meaningfull reports with high level information for senior management but behind that the details to help teams administer their departments. We are better able to focus resources as trends are much easier to identify.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a relatively small business the cost is quite high however we can justify that as it allows us to focues revenue generating roles into the right locations and identify potential trouble spots and blockers more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to now see accurate reporting and it has identified that our existing reporting is not accurate and also we have improvements to make on the use of our systems to clean up our data and processes.
