I appreciate CloudSEK's ability to deliver real-time, contextual, and actionable threat intelligence, offering extensive visibility across surface, deep, and dark web sources. The intuitive dashboard, automated alerts, and integration features make it easier to quickly detect phishing campaigns, data leaks, and brand risks, which supports a more proactive and efficient threat response.
What do you dislike about the product?
CloudSEK would benefit from reducing the amount of alert noise, providing greater flexibility in dashboard customization, and improving integration with SIEM and incident response tools to make threat management more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudSEK addresses the challenges of detecting phishing, data leaks, and brand impersonation by delivering real-time, contextual threat intelligence. This approach improves visibility, speeds up response times, and helps to reinforce the overall security posture of an organization.
Fast Detection but Duplicates Present

I appreciate CloudSEK's proactive detections, which stand out remarkably for me. The speed of CloudSEK's detection surpasses that of any other tool I have used. This rapid detection capability provides significant value as it allows me to identify and address potential dark web threats faster, enhancing our overall security posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the filtering option in CloudSEK should be improved, as it currently doesn't meet my expectations. Additionally, the detection results often contain a lot of duplicates. This issue is particularly apparent when the same event shows up across different incidents, making it challenging to manage and analyze the data effectively.

CloudSEK effectively addresses dark web findings with its faster proactive detections compared to other tools.

What I like best about CloudSEK is its ease of use — the platform is intuitive and efficient, which makes daily operations much smoother. I also really appreciate the exceptional support from the implementation engineer, who made the setup process seamless and ensured everything ran flawlessly from day one.

There’s very little to criticize about CloudSEK. However, if I were to mention one drawback, it would be that some of the more advanced configurations can require extra time to perfect. Even so, the support team—particularly the implementation engineer—is consistently responsive and helpful, ensuring that any issues are resolved smoothly and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support and product enhancements have been impressive. Cloudsek consistently develops and refines features to address the ever-changing threat landscape. The tool has been outstanding in assisting us to monitor our critical infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lot of false positives which needs improvement. Coverage there is no doubt but classification is an issue with the tool.

This company is truly customer-focused and values feedback, using it to improve their product. Their brand monitoring capabilities have been outstanding, and the tool itself is both sophisticated and user-friendly, making it easy to work with and understand.

The platform generates lot of false positives and they need to enhance the classification of incidents.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudSEK XVigil offers excellent coverage when it comes to detecting leaked credentials on the dark web, as well as monitoring forums and online discussions. We have been using this solution in our bank for the past six months, and during this time, the tool has consistently improved. Each month, new features and additional data sources are introduced, making the platform more effective at gathering relevant information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many false positives with this tool. The developers should improve the configurations and filtering options so that it only flags actionable threats, rather than marking every informational item as a threat.

Dashboards can be a little better. Currently we do things manually but it needs to improve.

1. Brand Impersonation - We gets timely detection of impersonated websites.
2. ASM - We didn't knew the areas we need to focus. After BeVigil - We got all clarity.
3. Dark Web: It became quite easy to undersdtand what's leaked and where it is leaked. If there is any working credential identified etc.
