What do you like best about the product?
I mostly like to user bevigil tool by cloudSEK for application's static analysis where it provides comprehensive report on potential risk assosicated in codebase, leaked keys, hardcoded credentials exposed to abuse and overall risk score helps a lot
What do you dislike about the product?
The leaks flagged by the tool needs to be manually verified by the reviewer since the pattern matching of the tool gives false positives at many instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly analyse a application's attack surface, associated risks, potential leads that helps vastly for exploitation phase benefits me a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudSEK has been a valuable addition to our company security , offering timely and relevant threat intelligence. The platform makes it easy to track things like phishing sites, leaked data, and brand misuse across the internet. Most alerts are clear and useful, and the dashboard gives a good overview of what’s happening. It saves us time by showing relevant threats without needing to search manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform picks up domains or assets that don’t belong to us, which creates a bit of extra work. Also, it would be better if we had more ways to filter and customize alerts based on what matters most to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudSEK helps us monitor for external threats like data leaks, phishing domains, and mentions of our brand across the surface, deep, and dark web. It gives early warnings when something sensitive is exposed or misused online. This helps us respond faster, reduce risks, and protect our reputation without having to manually track hundreds of sources.

it at times gives occasional false positives, limited customization at lower tiers, and a slight learning curve for non-experts

What do you like best about the product?
The platform dashboard is very user-friendly as it provides real time insights in the advisories and indicators of attack.
The in-built threat intel platform serves as a building block for continuous attack surface monitoring. The customer support is very responsive and CSM is available in every shift (24 *7). The implementation and domain addition are done seamlessly and very easy to use for the analyst.

What do you dislike about the product?
The number of False-positive are alarming once the alert rule is not tuned. The advanced AI and ML compatibility is slowly in the building phase.
The User interface got stuck few times and analyst have reported it too, but swift actions were taken, and the services were back to normal.

Initially we were dependent on multiple tools for Brand reputation, Risk management, Social-Media monitoring. The advent of CASM platform being integrated with CloudSek have brought convenience for the analyst.

While the platform provides insights, the huge volume of alerts can be overwhelming. A more refined filtering mechanism or improved AI-driven prioritization would help in focusing on the most urgent threats. Also, a minor area of improvement could be in the reporting phase where more customization options could be allowed for compliance requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of Clousek is what I appreciate most about it. We use CloudSEK's XVigil product for our daily security monitoring. It's easy to get started with the product itself. Don't be fooled by that, though; it has all the features you need to effectively monitor our business online. The more we modify the filters, the more the tool shows its capability. Their customer service has always been excellent anytime I have had a query. We also had weekly meetings to get the updates of what's new in the tool. It has been an excellent tool for us to ensure that we have a solid web presence. its extensive feature set, ability to monitor in real time, and compatibility with other programs. Additionally, it offers details on exposed documents and credentials that have been released on the surface, deep, and dark webs. It is really simple to implement. Its customer service is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some false-positives in the platform which is not a big deal. And it would be better if the crawler is able to monitor some more social media platforms including private accounts.

Making sure the correct kind of data is shown on public platforms is highly beneficial. It helps us keep an eye on items that could negatively affect our organization, such as tracking the usage of credentials, finding the social media accounts that is defaming the brand reputation.

Bulk closure of incidents and deep insight into the dark web. Threat intelligence details are so good. asset auto discovery is so good feature adding more insight into the organization attack surface.
What do you dislike about the product?
the false positive is very high and escalated the challenges to the vendor for further finetuning. Need for data refining of the threat intel.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI comes handy with integrated brand, VIP users and reputation management of the organization. The Mentions, Incidents and alert segregation being done via the AI significantly reduces the workload of analyst.

The use-cases and the creation of new rules is very handy, however their is still scope of improvement that it needs to work upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CloudSek is helping our organization to keep a close tab on CASM, brand and reputation management. The Deep and Dark web monitoring for our organization is one important aspect which we were neglecting earlier.

Tool generate a lot of false positives in terms of credential breaches and domain impersonation alerts.

It provides details about an organisation's private data, whatever is publically available on the internet, and comprehensive digital risk coverage with inbuilt threat detection which provides actionable insights. It was a lovely experience with Cloudsek team i had a great conversation with them and gained so much knowledge about the tool. Thank you for the wonderful session. i would recommend getting a demo specially for the critical infrastructure.

I think the one disadvantage i feel is UI is bit difficult to understand but after used to get it with.
