What do you like best about the product?
Cybercrime and intelligence. User friendly. Implementing is easy. Best customer support. Integrating is very easy. Features are very easy to access.

the amount of time spent on this application, i did not find anything which i dislike.

we being in sales field would have a lot of information of cx which is very crucial and CloudSek helps to maintain all the information safe.

a very good digital risk monitoring system

in the current stage we are there is a major risk of data security, we use our phones and laptops for almost anything and they have all our information, to safe guard our information this system is a must, very easy to use, good customer support, we use this frequently, has good features , nice integration and implementation.

currently i dont see any scope for improvements

Nothing so far, have been a user of CloudSEK from last 6 months and it has so far not disappointed.

It is user-friendly, carries multiple options and the same is easy to understand, haven't had an opportunity to connect with the support team, but if in future come across any requirement as such hope the team will support as good as their software and many more...

The most helpful thing about cloudsek is its functionality, it accurately predicts cyber attacks, its very easy to use. Their customer support is pretty good too. Overall, A good Software.

I would like to recommend every environment because it's a positive outlook for the business and it develops cybersecurity platform powered by AI and machine learning.SAAS offering monitors threats from internal and external source from malicious attackers.

In my opinion UI/UX design and customise dashboard isn't too good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my view it's too benefiting to analyse vast amounts of data and identify potential security risks such as data leaks and vulnerabilities.
