What do you like best about the product?
The Central threat intelligence feed gives a holistic picture of what's happening in the cyber realm. The UI is very appealing for Mentions, Alerts and incidents with their bifurcation.
The Brand monitoring service coupled with Dark and weeb web monitoring on a single platform gives convenience for centralised dashboard monitoring. The overall tool is very handy in the Cyber realm for protection.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Alert rule conditions can be worked upon along with numerous cases coupled with our own analogy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The leaked passwords, Brand monitoring for our organization gives an insight for our corp-comm team.
The takedown services coupled with CASM comes handy with the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers variety of modules through which we can monitor our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two factor authenication through authenticator. through is is necessary but sometimes it expires before verification

CloudSEK monitors our organization. It offers us data leak monitoring , brand risk monitoring , Deep and dark web monitoring and much more.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about CloudSEK is the simplicity with which we can create alert rules. They were so easy to understand and we can easily get an understanding of how the alerts will be generated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have disliked anything about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really helpful to ensure the right type of data being displayed on the public platforms. It helps us to have a watch on the things that could badly impact our organization like having a track of where the credentials are being used.
It was great using the CloudSEK tool and the demo was great.

If CloudSEK could streamline its setup process and offer more competitive pricing, I would be much more inclined to recommend it.

CloudSEK enhances my awareness of what’s happening around me online and allows me to take preventative actions to protect my data, privacy, and reputation. With real-time alerts, I can stay a step ahead of cybercriminals and focus on my activities without constantly worrying about unseen risks.

What do you like best about the product?
Its comprehensive features, real-time monitoring capabilitiesand integration with other tools. It also provides takedown support, enabling organizations to take immediate action against identified the rumors by illegatimate sources. It also provide information about leaked credentials and exposed documents, across the surface, deep, and dark web. Its implementation is very easy. Its customer support is very supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The crawlers are sometimes unable to find the threat which are privately located on social media pages. Also, it requires learning of analysis of the vents and taking appropriate action for new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It also takedown the fake social media pages and handles on behalf of us. Also provide the overview of insights going onto the internet world as well as dark web.
