An accessible tool to enhance internal and public data
What do you like best about the product?
Opendatasoft is very well characterized by its ease of use and intuitive interface, which allow even non-technical users to create and share datasets for later publication. I particularly appreciate the richness of the available visualization formats, which promote a better understanding of the data. The platform also facilitates interoperability through its APIs, which is an asset for implementing automatic processing for the use of data present in Opendatasoft. The support and guidance from the publisher in the face of sometimes more complex questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the platform's weaknesses can be the cost, which may be a barrier for small organizations or communities with limited budgets. Although the platform is very efficient for structured datasets, it sometimes shows its limitations for more complex cases requiring advanced processing or extensive customization of interfaces. This point is part of the future developments of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform simplifies the centralization and publication of data from heterogeneous sources, which saves considerable time in the data provisioning process. This is particularly beneficial in entities where data is often dispersed among different departments.

Open Data soft is easy to use, intuitive, and makes data accessible to everyone. The platform facilitates data processing to present it in a way that is more suited to needs. It allows for the creation of visualizations to make data interpretation easier. The centralization in the hub makes all public data from different portals accessible in a single environment, which simplifies searches.
In case of issues, the support is very responsive and provides solutions to resolve problems.
Portal administrators are always informed of changes and developments on ODS.
