Highly recommended!
What do you like best about the product?
I been using SuperAnnotate for around 6 months now for image annotation and I really like it. The platform is very easy and intuitive to use. The user interface is friendly and everything is easy to find.
The SuperAnnotate customer support is exceptional with a very quick response time. Any questions and suggestions were addressed promptly.
Overall, SuperAnnotate offers an outstanding platform and great support. Highly recommended!

SuperAnnotate: The all rounder annotator
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features about superannotate is its ability to cater to all kinds of data.

I did not like the process of uploading data to the platform.

Easy-to-use labeling software
What do you like best about the product?
I have used SuperAnnotate for half a year now (after testing a couple of other platforms) for annotation of images.
Compared to the other platforms I have tried, SuperAnnotate has an intuitive interface. It was straightforward to get familiar with the different functions and tools that the platform provides.
In annotation mode, keyboard shortcuts make the annotation process more efficient, and image adjustment tools (like brightness and contrast) are helpful when annotating images of varying quality. The different image statuses are useful for an internal workflow between me and my colleagues.
It is easy to navigate amongst the thousands of images in our dataset - both in annotation mode and outside. This has been very useful in situations where I have had to find specific images to make some changes to the dataset. In addition the label overview feature is useful for detecting and correcting any inconsistencies in our annotations.

Very easy-to-use yet comprehensive tooling for all kinds of data annotation
What do you like best about the product?
SuperAnnotate has a very user-friendly interface and a comprehensive project management logic. It was easy for us to integrate our team into their workflows. The support team has always been responsive to our questions or whenever we needed any kind of guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've used it for a couple of different projects (image, text and documents), and so far I didn't notice any areas for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were requested to use SuperAnnotate by a few of our clients. This requirement mainly came from the fact that our clients were used to using SuperAnnotate's output format, and it was already integrated into their existing workflows. We are using the tooling on the on demand basis, and it's been very convenient so far.
A basic tool for visualizing your annotated text data
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is intuitive and you can visualize the tags applied to any text data easily. Simple to setup and feed in your custom data into the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation of the project/text file structure and not allowing custom folder structure. This is a limitation when you want to annotate separate datasets individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It acted as a visualization platform for the QA team to easily view the annotations applied to the data.

SuperAnnotate is addressing the challenge of efficiently annotating large datasets for computer vision applications. By providing powerful annotation tools and workflows, it streamlines the process of labeling images and videos, saving time and resources for developers and researchers. This benefits me by accelerating the development of AI models, enabling faster iteration and better performance in my projects.
