I really appreciate how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is. The platform makes it easy to manage tasks, track progress in real time, and ensure quality control with detailed analytics. I also like the productivity boost it provides by reducing annotation time while keeping accuracy high. Additionally, the collaboration features are excellent, allowing teams to work together more effectively on large-scale projects.

What do you dislike about the product?

So far, I haven’t encountered major issues. However, sometimes the loading time can be a bit slow when handling large datasets, and I think there could be more customization options in the analytics dashboard. These are minor points compared to the overall positive experience.

SuperAnnotate is helping us solve the challenge of managing and monitoring large-scale transcription projects efficiently. It centralizes all tasks, provides real-time progress tracking, and ensures high-quality results through clear workflows and quality control features. This has reduced time spent on manual coordination, improved productivity, and allowed our team to deliver consistent and accurate results faster.

What do you like best about the product?

Team Lead Evan, QA Lead Beatriz, and Coordinator/Director Vanuhi are a credit to this organization. Their professionalism and genuine concern for their SMEs lets you know that your work is appreciated. They're brilliant, helpful, always locked-in, and they're constantly watching the Discord threads to make sure all experts have exactly what they need at all times. I've seen them on all night to make certain that everyone can continue delivering highest-quality ratings and annotations.

Without exception, ALL the Skill Players I've worked with at SuperAnnotate are first-quality professionals. I've worked with a ton of project teams, and I've seen outsourced customer support trying to field expert analytical questions, and they can't handle it. Some of those Z-services can't do the job, but SuperAnnotate takes matters into its own hands. It's a pleasure to work with these fine people.

Finally, the UI design is first-rate, intuitive, and incredibly easy to understand. The integrations and customizations are super easy to work with, and SuperAnnotate has exactly the number of bells and whistles we need to be able to do first-tier SME analysis, rating, explanation, evaluation, and critical review.

I'd like to be able to more than one project at once. SuperAnnotate and SME-work.ai focus on their clients, and they don't tolerate low quality, so I understand why it's uncommon to do multiple projects simultaneously. I'd like to do more, but I think that's why all the clients come back; it's first-tier service, and that's what keeps me coming back, too.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

They've created a fully configurable and on-the-fly flexible platform for real SMEs. A lot of us do this full-time, and the best in the business don't want low-quality UX affecting our work. SuperAnnotate and SME-work.ai changed all that. They make their platform and project space intuitive, sharp, fast, sleek, and clean. That's part of what makes it a pleasure to work with these folks.

What do you like best about the product?

It's very easy and intuitive to do annotation on super annotate.
The provide very clear communication and easy to understand interface where we can do the annotation. I have done LLM hallucination annotation on SuperAnnotate which was quite easy to do. Recently I have done LLM training annotation which was quite simple. They also provide and extension where user can log their action, and the action are easily synced to the SuperAnnnotate platform

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometime, there are few glitches that I noticed while submission of the annotation. Syncing issues, but not majorly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an User, it's very intuitive to use the platform and the UI of the platform is very clean. It has very clean interface so that I can do my annotation on the platform without any issue.

What do you like best about the product?

Its all-encompassing, everything you need is at your fingertips, Implementation is perfectly easy. It has the best customer support which gives it a frequency of use by customers. All integrations are easy and seamless.

Currently, I do not dislike anything about SupperAnnotate

SuperAnnotation builds feedback-driven annotation and evaluation pipelines to create and manage high quality AI data faster than ever, for infinite use cases.

What do you like best about the product?

It is very easy to use and navigate. The UI/UX is easy to get comfortable with. I use it on a daily basis to complete my assigned projects and I find it easy to work with.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not much that I can mention as I am a new user of SuperAnnotate.

It makes it easy for me to go through my work and accomplish tasks accordingly.

tagging tools are very easy to use and the interface is simple and attractive.

Some tool's features like dot deletion should be added. Also copy option is not there which is irritating.

This is very helpful in image annotation and also team management for a particular project. It is helping us in annotating complex images by giving us zoom in zoom out and many more features.

I like how SuperAnnotate is easy to learn and use. It offers efficient annotation tools and has minimal bugs and high reliability. The upsides would be it saves time during repetitive tasks and it is great for freelancers working with teams.

There was not really anything I dislike about SuperAnnotate.

It saves time by speeding up my annotation process so I can complete more tasks efficiently. I also appreciate the remote flexibility it allows for.

I really like the onboarding process until this point, what they promise and how fast the support team has been in assisting me unitl this point.

At the moment there is not a thing which i do not like about SuperAnnotate.

Ease of use for the avarage new Annotator that is trying to find serious platform which offer contracts and pay on time.

It is seamless and easy to navigate. It has ever present customer support and has sufficient number of features that meets my business goals.

SuperAnnotate’s approach—combining annotation tools with model feedback—creates a continuous improvement loop that boosts dataset quality and model performance. This benefits me by allowing myself and other annotators to work together in streamlining workflows and improving annotation quality.

You will learn a lot on learning different features of your language expertise.

Communications are not very efficient. Very slow response and it's not a full-time job, rather, you'll work only if there's project available.
