Effective annotation platform for Data labelling
What do you like best about the product?
Superannotate is an outstanding annotation platform. The tool's main advantage is that it allows us to easily manage large amounts of data. We can easily filter any phase of data with the tool, which will speed up our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention. Very enjoyable experience with what we have done so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new techniques added to the tool, especially the 'clip mode' really help us to improve our quality.
Great Data Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Great for data management. Their curation feature made it easy to version our data and manage it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally I did not have major issues with SuperAnnotate. Their support is very responsive.

We had some image data we needed to annotate and version. Their data curation tool was a great fit for our project.

The API is easy to use and it gives our researcher much freedom to develop a novel pipeline to annoate.
Also, the interface is great, even has segments from some good pretrained machine learning models to initialize.
The team is very active to help us users and willing to listen our feedback, and fix quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
The classes are prefixed, but I hope I can add them when I am annotating. Some annotation projects are quite open-vocabulary.
Also I hope the video segmentation pipeline can use some tracking algorithms to help us annotate automatically.

I use superannotate to do video panoptic segmentation annotation.
The superannotate provides an easy API for us to load segmentations from our own model, and we can revise the annotation based on our uploaded segmentations.
That quite helps us accelerate the annotation speed.

Accurate, fast, and cost effective
What do you like best about the product?
We gave them some complex labeling tasks specific to biological science, and I was impressed they could produce an accurately labeled data set for us with almost no corrections.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, they have delivered on everything we've thrown at them. Putting together instruction packages takes some time, but the results are worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our scientist's time is precious. SuperAnnotate saves us tons of time not only labeling data but doing it accurately, so our staff spends little time on quality control and corrections.

What do you like best about the product?
Along with SuperAnnotate’s labeling tool, we liked their data curation. It helped a lot with managing our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were minor bumps but nothing too major.

We used SuperAnnotate to label text data to understand the sentiments of our customers based on their own words. SuperAnnotate’s text editor was great in terms of functionality. It was very intuitive and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The Super annotate platform is a user-friendly tool platform. where we can use an admin account to quickly access and control all other accounts. Our main impression of it is how flexible it is. For example, utilizing admin accounts, we can simply allocate and reallocate data and sort the "unallocated" data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest problem, as far as we can see, is that we cannot access the labeler information in the approver's accounts. Therefore, we encountered some difficulties in identifying and rectifying the labelers who are not performing up to our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While examining the reviewer account, it could be helpful if we also received information on labeler accounts. As a result, we can quickly determine the standard of each labeler. Additionally, we can identify subpar employees, increase training opportunities, and raise quality.
