Best to download pulgin based on categories and keywords you can search.many option to save the tickets and adjust the priorities and urgency. Every software is there you can find based upon your use.

update have some bugs need to be fixed fastly.

The Service Now store allows us to doenload every software and equipment to run servicenow very fast and efficient so that your incident gets resolved as per priorites.

Excellent repository for downloading for adding extra features for use.
What do you like best about the product?
It provides solutions to add on extra functionality by downloading apps such as field service management, risk, and compliance, ITOM. Service request management is what I am fond of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should enable more integrations is what I prefer. Apart from that, the repository has maximum apps which empower service. Also, events should be more for learning because what I believe is through more events and learning; we can adopt best practices while providing services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ITSM, Product catalog, Request Management, Service catalog. I am involved in adding more features and developing more catalog items, and configuring its view in the service portal.

The ServiceNow store is very easy to navigate, and has tons of apps that you can add to your ServiceNow instance to enhance your system's capabilities further.

What do you like best about the product?
Service Now store is divided based on the needs of the customer. I like how it can be divided into a variety of categories and have it organized; equipment, software, licenses, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am very pleased with the store itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Service Now store allows us to get tickets in and work on them without having to engage on a call if we don't need to. It streamlines the process for the business as well as for the associate in need of something.
