What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Trend Vision One is how it brings together threat detection and response across endpoints, email, and cloud workloads in a single, unified console. The platform offers excellent visibility and correlation between different types of alerts, helping us identify and respond to incidents much faster.
The XDR capabilities are a real strength — it automatically connects related events and provides clear, actionable insights for the SOC team. Integration with other Trend Micro products is seamless, and customer support has been consistently responsive and knowledgeable. Overall, it’s a very powerful and reliable solution for organizations that need full-scale visibility and control.

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel a bit complex at first, especially during initial setup or when enabling advanced XDR features. The interface is detailed and sometimes overwhelming for new users. I’d also like to see clearer visibility into the credit and licensing model. However, once properly configured, it runs smoothly and delivers excellent results overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trend Vision One solves the challenge of fragmented security data and disparate tools by integrating telemetry from email, endpoints, servers, cloud workloads and networks into one unified view. This holistic approach gives us faster detection of threats, better context for investigations and fewer blind spots across our environment. The benefit is clear: our SOC team can respond to incidents more efficiently, reduce overall risk and manage our security posture from a single console without juggling multiple platforms.

The customer support is highly reliable, technically sound and fast to act, especially during security incidents.

As Vision One can generate a high volume of alerts, leading to potential alert fatigue without proper tuning. Some advanced configuration options lack in - depth documentation, which may slow down custom integration or automation.

Trend Vision One consolidates alerts from endpoint email, network, and cloud into single view, helping SOC teams to respond faster. Contextual threat intelligence , correlating telemetry across environment helping identify hidden threats and stop lateral movement. Platforms feature of providing deep investigation and automated response across various vectors reducing Mean time to detect and respond. Sand boxing and behaviour based analytics helping the workload / ease the work of a Security admin.
