The concierge team is an extension of our security team
What do you like best about the product?
Our concierge team is what makes our relationship with Arctic Wolf so beneficial. They are extremely responsive to risks and alerts and enacting the escalation paths we have worked with them to define. They have built and regularly refine a plethora of custom reports to help identify vulnerabilities and risks which we discuss on regular cadences. Our team at Arctic Wolf has in essence augmented our security team allowing us to focus on mitigating the identified risks and on the growth and maturity of our security program and security posture as a whole. It's also immensely helpful to have the ability to easily view our many log sources in one platform during investigations whether with their support or on our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about Arctic Wolf. My only pain point is that the more monitoring you have, the more potential incidents you must investigate which takes time. That said, I don't think this would be much different with any other vendor as we've tuned the alerts about as well as we can to eliminate the majority of false positives without missing legitimate risks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small security staff, so their virtual augmentation of our staff has given us the opportunity to focus more on the direction and growth of our program and posture as well as to tackle some of the risks that we were not even aware we had until bringing on Arctic Wolf a few years ago. They help to offload the review of alerts so we only are pulled in to investigate those that can't be determined without a deeper dive. Without the services that our team at Arctic Wolf provide, I wouldn't sleep nearly as well.

My Therapist is Jealous of Arctic Wolf
What do you like best about the product?
I used to lie awake at night wondering if Kevin from Accounting was clicking suspicious links again. Now? I sleep like a baby—because Arctic Wolf’s got eyes everywhere.
Their MDR team is like the SEAL Team 6 of cybersecurity—silent, efficient, and slightly terrifying in the best way possible. I get alerts faster than I get Slack messages, and trust me, that’s saying something.
But the real MVP? The Risk Dashboard. I check it more than my bank account. It points out vulnerabilities like that brutally honest friend who tells you when you’ve got spinach in your teeth. Only instead of spinach, it’s gaping security holes.
Every day I log in and it’s like:
“Hey, you might wanna fix that thing before it turns into a dumpster fire.”
Thank you, Arctic Wolf. I didn’t want hobbies anyway—just safer endpoints.
Bottom line: If cybersecurity were a video game, Arctic Wolf would be the OP character. 10/10 would let them watch over my digital kingdom again.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm just nitpicking but I'd like some more options in sorting the Risk Dashboard. Also, sometimes there are so many alerts it becomes daunting to go through them all but that's just the name of the game in IT Security. But all that is configurable and AW support can snooze alerts for you that you know are benign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to scan endpoints, servers, Azure and network traffic. Literally eyes on all fronts.
Artic Wolf, a change for the better
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer service and IT team! They've been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transition from Cylance has been mostly smooth so far, and the Artic Wolf team has been helpful and responsive throughout the process. As with any change, there have been a few uncertainties—particularly around how pricing and products align with our previous setup—but this is likely to evolve in our favor over time I believe. Overall, we’re optimistic about the partnership and appreciate their support during the transition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They will be keeping a watchful eye over our end points and ensuring that they stay secure. Transition hasn't completed yet, so can't speak to all of the points on its use or how well it works just yet.
In my experience Arctic Wolf is a very easy to use product that rarely fails.

The support for Arctic Wolf is always very good. Very quick to respond and always solve our queries effectively and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot i dislike about Arcitc Wolf but when i first started using it, i found the user interface a bit difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arctic Wolf helps us with our cyber security by constantly scanning our systems and monitoring them for any suspicious activity which is crucial for the running of the business.
A reliable and reassuring managed risk solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it reacts very quickly to any threat or incident that is flagged either on our network or with any of our user's accounts. Without these tools, we wouldn't be aware as quickly and potentially wouldn't be able to react quick enough to deal with these threats before they escalate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's too much noise created and the issues you want to focus on more can get lost within the noise. This however is not necessarily a bad thing, as you want your managed risk solution to remain vigilant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attacks on any of our users in the form of alerting us to any unusual activity on their accounts. Also the re-assurance that if any endpoint is compromised, then it will be quickly isolated from the Network, allowing us to have peace of mind that the threat hasn't spread throughout our Network.

What do you like best about the product?
The obvious answer is the 24/7 coverage on our systems. We also enjoy the recurring meetings, covering a variety of security topics, and the weekly reporting is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with EVERYTHING, the cost is constantly rising. It'd be nice to extend the partnership of AW and NY State by offering discounted cost for local governments.

Having 24/7 "eyes on glass" watching our logs and notifying us of potential threats.

One of the main things I really enjoy with Arctic wolf is the consistent communication from the team there.

Portal can be at times slow but typically quick enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly hunting down vulnerabilities so that we can make the network more secure.
Great tool and support team
What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf provides not only a great platform that we have high confidence in for MDR, but also a great team. From sales to the account management team and the people handling tickets, we have had a great experience from AWN.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the sales person that you get, they can be pushy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MDR since we are a smaller team that has a lot of networks and end users to monitor. There's no way we could do the security monitoring and support in-house, not only from a man hours perspective, but also from an expertise and toolset cost as well.

The platform does not utilize gov cloud.

Arctic Wolf Security Concierge 5-Star
What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf is a high-quality security solution. I love that we get to talk to a human on the other end and they are available 24/7 and have great SLA's. Our security is as important to them as it is to us unlike other platforms that just want to sell you software and collect checks.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides so far but maybe slightly out of budget for some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a smaller team that has no dedicated security employees, so this gives us the advantage of having security professionals always available to help handle security services.
