Arctic Wolf - Leader of the Pack
What do you like best about the product?
The security response team at Arctic Wolf is helpful and timely with their alerts. With such a small cybersecurity staff, the AW response team allows for 24/7 monitoring of our network. The concierges assigned to our organization meet monthly to ensure that AW provides the best services possible. Our customer success manager is never pushy and tries to sell us products but instead informs us of new and upgrade solutions within AW and fully accepts whatever decision we make.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automated vulnerability scanning with Arctic Wolf is excellent, but I prefer more control. There is some control, such as rescanning a device, but it is hard to relinquish control after using Tenable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arctic Wolf relieves some of the pressure of not having enough employees. AW provides a 24/7 security operations center (SOC) that allows the limited staff at our organization to have a life and relieves the stress of constantly worrying about threats.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Arctic Wolf is like an extension of my local team. When I have meetings with them, I'm always working with the same team that is familiar with my environment, and they can make recommendations that won't disrupt operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deploying the network sensors in our environment with an active/active firewall was very complicated, and it took the coordination of multiple vendors to ensure it was deployed correctly with minimal disruption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having another set of eyes on our network 24/7 ensures that we are aware of any anomalous activity and can respond (or have Arctic Wolf respond depending on severity). The cybersecurity landscape changes quickly, so having their expertise and availability is very important.
A big help for network monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf provides the monitoring and alerting that we cannot do. We get timely email alerts that point out things that we would most likely miss.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we continue to get alerted even after we have told them a particular item is okay and should be suppressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have the staff to monitor all systems and their alarms. Arctic Wolf monitors our systems and network and alerts us to anything we need to know about.

I have not been able to find something id say I dislike.

Arctic Wolf assists with helping maintain a standard in out overall security posture.
Enjoying the security posture and focus increase with Arctic Wolf
What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf live monitoring has allowed us to become more informed about our environment and its interaction with the outside world. Security and viewability of internal traffic have allowed us to make needed adjustments while keeping the resource required of staff at a reasonable level. Regular security briefings and consultations have helped to prioritize our security efforts to get the most return for the effort invested. Follow-up assistance in security project work has been appreciated from Arctic Wolf expert resources at our disposal.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to say about dislikes here. We had to budget for the Arctic Wolf services and continue to find more value per dollar spent than we could expect to receive from hiring staff. The 24x7 approach is hard to find for the price!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a local government entity, we are a constant target for attempted disruption. Arctic Wolf helps us monitor our security and suggests needed changes where appropriate. This allows us to continue to focus on delivering citizen services and taking care of City business.

What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf makes SOC as a Service very easy and enjoyable. Having an assigned Concierge Team makes the experience personal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Arctic Wolf needs to listen to customers when changes need to be made, especially when it comes to Risk Management.

Arctic Wolf is helping us maintain our Security Profile, by supporting our organization 24x7x365. We are a small IT shop with limited employees and many branches to support.

Intrusion detection, active alerts, security awareness training, risk monitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to say anything bad about Arctic Wolf, it has everything we need, but it is pretty pricey.

It sends us alerts whenever a potential security risk is detected. It shows us all the vulnerabilities in our network. And it trains our users about the seriousness of cyber security.
Mid-sized law firm
What do you like best about the product?
The log collection and aggregation is very helpful. We feel sufficient monitoring is in place. Concierge team is thorough and very service-oriented.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still quite a few reports and data sources to wade through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a relatively small IT staff and would not be able to monitor all our endpoints well without support from AW.

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization has monthly meetings on the tickets and potential vulnerabilities where both our Information Security and Information Technology teams find informative and helpful to harden our environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing of note we dislike as we have had a good experience with their services!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most frequent problems they have helped resolve is any potential intrusion and also methods to harden our environment. Very helpful and responsive in these areas.

What do you like best about the product?
Script control over endpoints and threats dashboard showing a combined list of threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lavks automatic remediation to the exploit attempts on the endpoints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise end point security solution. Agents are installed on all windows-based endpoints and servers.
