What do you like best about the product?
The tool's proposal is good. The user experience as well. The content it aims to present.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to use. Limited in connections. Limited in forms of implementations. The SDK is complex to use. A lot of latency and connection breaks with OpenScale during the use of the tool. Not very debuggable, difficult to find out what is going wrong when an error occurs.

Setting up IBM G2 and Watsonx Governance isn’t as easy as plug-and-play. These tools are powerful but can be hard to configure at first. Companies may need expert help or training to use them properly.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of IBM watsonx.governance will always be the transparency and control it delivers to AI models. Since it is possible to track model behavior in real time, I also really liked the explainability features, which breakdown the decision-making process of models in layman's terms. The other thing is that this application aids our team in staying aligned with internal compliance and responsible AI standards, which was one very big boon.
What do you dislike about the product?
The entire experience has been good; however, I did feel the initial setup and the onboarding were a bit overwhelming, especially if one was a newcomer to AI governance tools. The interface offers options by the scores; it is great so long as you get used to them, but it might confuse a beginner. Perhaps, a guided setup or some beginner-friendly tutorials could help a new user start with a bit more speed.

The main advantage is that it lowers risk by identifying bias, monitoring model performance, and providing explicit explanations of decisions, all of which foster confidence among stakeholders and internal teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Have been using it for a while now. So far the best thing is the way it organises all the data and decreases all the manual efforts that we had to put in earlier. The tool is easy to use once you get a good hand on it and makes life much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial configurations and management is a bit of a task and take time. Plus I belive the cost factor is also a concern for many around this tool

All the data management and reports are now very well organised.
From Hot Mess to (Mostly) Sane AI Governance – Watsonx Saved Us
What do you like best about the product?
Been using Watsonx.governance for a few weeks now. Honestly? It’s way less stressful than our old process. The auto-compliance thing is clutch—no more panicking before audits because it keeps track of EVERYTHING. Also love that it calls out sketchy bias in models before they go live (saved us once already).
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside: The setup took forever, and the dashboard feels like it’s got too many buttons. But once you learn where stuff is, it’s solid. My team actually knows what’s happening with our AI now, which is… weirdly refreshing? If you need to stop drowning in AI chaos, try it.

Auto-generates compliance proof → stopped crying during audit prep.

Killed 5 apps + 3 spreadsheets → now just yell at *one* dashboard.
TL;DR: Less chaos, fewer dumpster fires. 6/10 would recommend (minus 4 for the clunky UI).

It uses AI to discover and arrange data across organizations reducing manual effort and improved accuracy. Customer Support is good.

Complex to set and configure and the maintenance cost is high

It helps in data warehousing as it allows to store and control huge amount of files which were created in the organization. It also helps to analyze the data.
