SundaySky is a great partner

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SundaySky enabled the personalized video that provides consumers a short, personalized summary of a their credit report, in video and text form.
The benefit is that many TransUnion Credit Monitoring users like the video because it makes the credit information more comprehensible to them.

Unique, personalized platform
What do you like best about the product?
SundaySky has been positive to work with - they are a company with hardworking, great people. Their innovative video software provides a unique marketing option, which we are able to implement for our partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their software is not always user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize SundaySky technology to deliver personalized video content to our partners.
The dynamic video content is super helpful in today's busy climate to grab audiences attention

The capabilities of the video are innovative and helpful in marketing.

The way the content is presented to the client is not always the most clear or concise. Although the client is using the product, SSKY should assume they do not know what they are seeing and what the ask is and the team should take a step back and concisely provide context
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visually explaining a complex benefit to our customers. The benefit is bringing the concept to life in an interesting medium versus relying solely on written text in an email.

The more documentation the better

What do you like best about the product?
SundaySky has been a great partner for us. They consistently deliver amazing performance and when there are minor hiccups they work closely with us and our media agency to troubleshoot quickly. They have been going above and beyond to help us test out new innovations as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
In a larger corporation there are a lot of processes and hoops to jump through. We are still trying to get SundaySky incorporate into our processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching the customer with a dynamic video. The assets drive a large portion of revenue for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to thoroughly involve your creative teams in the conversations. That is crucial to the benefit of SundaySky. There tool is impressive and drives results but I think the game changer is when the creative is impactful and brand approved.
SundaySky is difficult to work with
What do you like best about the product?
SundaySky has an excellent product. It is well liked by end customers and generally meets the needs of the companies that deploy the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
SundaySky is difficult to do business with. They are not flexible in how the contracts are structured. There are also changes made to their platform that sometimes require additional expense that I would not expect from a SaaS solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers who have questions about their bills often times call into a call center to get their questions answered. The smart video solution deflects those calls and saves the company money by not having to have a person speak to the customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SundaySky has an excellent product. As a reseller it is sometimes difficult to position the solution where both organizations are working together. There is often overlap in how and to whom the solution is presented, which makes it difficult as a reseller.
We have had a great experience with the Sunday Sky group handling our Billing video.

Refining our video after initial launch to make it even better
Interesting product, beautiful execution, not sure if it drives business results.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the videos. I think the explanations are very helpful. It breaks down a complicated scenario into easily consume bites. It's also adaptable since not every scenario is the same. I love the graphics and the idea behind using a video to explain something. I think it is even better than talking with a person in some instances.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure the videos make a difference. For some pockets they do, but it's not a golden bullet. I think people are strapped for time and the length may be causing people to not complete the video. Perhaps the message isn't suited for the format.

We are trying to explain a complicated change to a customer. The video makes it easy to follow. It makes the change visual and breaks it down step by step.
Sunday Sky User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to make more changes within the updated builder and immediately playback the resulting changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new Sunday Sky builder is still being perfected, so there are pieces that don't always work as smoothly, but they have been responsive in making updates so it's more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to show videos that tell the experience of our trips to travelers.
Ton's of potential with the right application
What do you like best about the product?
The Sunday Sky video platform is a great tool for explaining complex customer experiences in a personalized manner. Used in the right way, it can engage viewers with relevant and contextual information, and provide a way to drive desired behavior (i.e. take the next best action). The platform is flexible, and Sunday Sky can help co-create experiences that drive your desired outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sunday Sky platform can be a bit challenging to set up to be used in the right way. In order to maximize the platform's potential, you need to be able to effectively source the information and data that is being used to personalized the videos. This isn't necessarily a fault of the platform, but a hurdle that many clients will face, given the often decentralized nature of customer data in many organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the Sunday Sky video platform in two ways - first, we run a video that provides new account customers an on-boarding experience to understand their card benefits, and to take action to activate their card. The customer is able to navigate the video to see the benefits of their card, based on how they plan to use their card. The second way we use the video platform is to run a video that explains the features of our account management website, where customers can go to set their card preferences, such as eliminating paper statements, adding card alerts and setting up their card in our app so they can use their account digitally. We have seen a majority of our viewers indicate that the video experience helped better explain their card benefits and the setup features of our site, and have shown that they are more likely to activate their card and take actions on the site to manage their card.

When considering the Sunday Sky platform, make sure that you have clear objectives that you would like to meet and that you have access to the data that will allow you to personalize your videos. The Sunday Sky team is helpful in co-creation, and will help guide you through the setup experience.
