If you can use PowerPoint, you can build amazing videos in SundaySky.
What do you like best about the product?
Personalized videos are fantastic attention grabbers!
SundaySky democratrises video for people that would otherwise not know where or how to begin. It's very easy to use.
If video is foreign to you, their AI chat bot does an impressive job trying to understanding your use case, brand voice, audience, etc...,and prepares a script and a video all on its own (after a short conversation with you of course). It's not perfect out of the box but it's a great starting place.
Their packages include access to Videoblocks music and Getty Images and B-Roll. You cant take these assets outside of SundaySky but it's great to literally have everything you need to create video included with your package.
My background is in video production and the quality and speed to get to a finished video in SundaySky makes it a compelling option versus hiring an agency which is expensive and slow.
SundaySky videos are rendered in real time, at the moment a user clicks play. This means you can embed a video into a landing page for instance, when you make changes or updates to the video in SundaySky and hit publish, the changes are reflected live on your landing page and anywhere else the videos are embedded. This cuts out video hosting platforms serving as middle men.
Their staff is really responsive and their product team is very active in collecting user feedback.

What do you dislike about the product?
Platform Transparancy:
The product itself is polished, but the way they structure the platform and premium features is not. Since becoming customers, SundaySky developed and released data connectors for Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Sheets etc... We received market communication celebrating the release so we logged into the platform and hooked up the data connectors without issue.
In future conversations with our representative, we learned that there is a cost associated with using data connectors yet there were no indications, warnings, that these were premium features. They were understanding about the situation and we came to an agreement. However it was a strange experience as a customer.
Personalization:
While it's easy to build a video with personalization tokens, the process of embedding videos into a landing page came with a steep learning curve. If you are a Hubspot user and familiar with personalization tokens and url parameters then this is probably a non-issue for you.
Voice Over Limitations:
SundaySky offers AI Voice Over artists complete with a pronunciation library to correct misproniunciation of names or words. This is great but there is no inflection tool. This can lead to having to rewrite phrases in a scene to get a natural delivery of your script.
You can create default voice over statements or deault text on screen to be shown when data tokens are not available ("Hello there" versus "Hello Paul") but you can't define conditions or logic to pivot to a default state if the pronunciation is incorrect or wrong. Because of this, we are only using personalization for text on screen. Not for voice over.
I would love to see a logic system in place where users, we can define a confidence rating on name/word pronunciation. If confidence drops below 80% then pivot to default state. At the time of this writing, there is no such feature.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our specific use-case, we are using these videos on event landing pages. This allows us to build some excitment and intrigue for particpants. Especially because we are a B2B organization. Particpants of our events are oftentimes employees inside our client organization. Our landing pages with SundaySky videos allow us address attendees directly and help them understand what the day will look like.
We have many different kinds of events and Sunday Sky has allowed us to create a similar experience for our most popular events without having to rely on vendors, hiring additional people, or creating a ton of process. We set the pages up, designed the video for our use case and now its pretty effortless!
Changes and updates are equally easy to manage, as changes to the video in the platform are reflected live on the landing pages where they are embedded.

Sunday Sky is a powerful tool for promoting your brand.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience of having to produce your own video for your brand. The upside is, you don't need to worry about transition animations. And there are a lot of templates to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
The text editor is somehow limited. Logo size adjustments. Landing page body text editor is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data fields use inside Sunday Sky has improved. Hope fully they add and develop simple tools like text editing.
SundaySky enables scalable video marketing
What do you like best about the product?
SundaySky is extremely intuitive. We've been able to quickly onboard and train new employees, who are able to typically attend a quick training meeting and then begin creating videos the same day. Whenever we do have questions, the SundaySky resource and help center is easy to access and usually as the information we're seeking. If not, we've found their support team to be responsive and helpful. Additionally, we've been able to quickly scale our video marketing because of the ease of use and because SundaySky's templates and text-to-voice narration enable shorter production time. We've also appreciated how dedicated SundaySky is to continuous improvement. Most pain points that we've experienced that we've communicated to SundaySky have since been addressed or are on the road map.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because we've created so many videos with SundaySky, we're now trying to push the limits of the templates to customize videos to avoid them all looking too similar. Of course, we recognize that the templates are what have allowed us to create videos so quickly and efficiently, but we worry we now run the risk of producing videos that feel repetitive. I do know that SundaySky is working on creating more flexibility within the templates to help solve for this pain point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in product marketing, so SundaySky is making it easier for me to produce various types of videos for the product teams I support, including explainer videos, demo videos, and teaser videos. Our sales reps have been excited to begin incorporating video into their sales efforts, and we've even started producing more videos for presentations to make those more engaging, as well.
A Unique & Creative Way To Reach Consumers
What do you like best about the product?
I love that SundaySky has so many customizable features with designs, colors, narration voices, music library, stock photos and videos, and languages. It's also helpful to have a video template library to help me get started if I'm not sure where to begin. One of the coolest features is the AI Co-Pilot. This feature is able to create a video so quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I've noticed while using the platform is that it can be slow to upload videos. Like many other technology tools, it has its glitchy moments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my company, SundaySky is helping us personalize messages to our clients and their consumers, as well as helping our team internally with communications. We create videos for a wide variety of audiences: financial institutions and their consumers, internally across our enterprise, external promotion of our company.
They are very knowledgable about video marketing and are always willing to get on a call.
What do you like best about the product?
They are very knowledgable about video marketing and always offer their thoughts/feedback. I really like the editor portion where we can edit and create a video on our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
SSKY has been great and the platform is easy to use. One suggestion would be to allow the user to update the title of a project after has it been created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used SSKY to explain a complicated product to our consumers. The videos have been really descriptive and have helped our customers feel more confident.
Easy to use for quick video turnarounds
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to add high quality narration, fun music, and personal graphics
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was the ability to control the length of the video clips, more control over the graphics and transitions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think this program is good for very specific needs we have, like quick knowledge bites or training
Taking Customer Personalization To The Next Level
What do you like best about the product?
We all know that personalization is critical when it comes to email marketing, but some data requires heavy lifting from dev teams to relay to recipients. This is where SundaySky has been the most helpful to us: by providing real time personalized content in the form of engaging videos without our dev team's involvement. This has allowed us to better market our club to leads quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of using SundaySky is that the video needs to be hosted on a landing page. We would see far more engagement if SundaySky utilized technology to directly embed video content within the body of email templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently working with SundaySky to develop a welcome drip series video to help educate new club members on how to best optimize their experience. We're very excited to put this into testing to see how it affects overall retention rates.
The most innovative and efficient way to reach customers with video
What do you like best about the product?
I love how efficient the platform allows you to be when targeting a customer base. What used to take hours or days to complete can be done in minutes using SSky. The AI voice is also very natural sounding, maybe the best I've heard. Hiring voice talent can be costly, so this is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think adding more capability to customize videos would make SSky even better. I like that it allows you to import your assets, animations, etc. but being able to do more within the platform would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part of using SSky is how much time it saves. Additionally, we can get information to customers in a much more digestible way. People generally prefer to watch a short video over reading an email.
Great partnership
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration and innovative thinking and effective
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating video content can sometimes have longer lead times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our products are experiential so it's beneficial to use video
SundaySky Review
What do you like best about the product?
The video platform allows us to communicate more effectively, as in the insurance industry it is often difficult to explain the process to a consumer who is encountering a once in a lifetime event such as a workplace injury.
What do you dislike about the product?
We designed and implemented our video a few years ago on their original platform, which doesn't allow us to make updates to any of the creative elements. We will need to evaluate some of their newest platform features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to use the video externally to promote and sell our products to commercial clients. At an individual case level, it has helped the consumer to better understand the benefits involved with their claim.
