They have released a new update recently. With the help of AVPN, users can log in from another country directly using CIM-based predefined rules. Its automated response feature has benefited our customer communication. Analysts feel more confident in providing timely responses.
I recommend other users to go with Fortinet FortiSIEM and rate the product an eight out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
Machine learning based detection will be a strong capability for FortiSIEM added to its detection of advanced threats globally, it offers variety of inbuilt Use cases along with SOAR platform for automatic remediation of Suspected threats. one of its greatest advantage is that the one click upgrade of its platform and its tree platforms, Also, the centralized management of devices integrated with FortiSIEM can be an added advantage which can help us reducing the manpower involvement, The customized reports and dashboards can help us more understanding the Exceptional cases
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite of its product capabilities and functionalities, The Support provided from the OEM can be improvised, Since we noticed a significant delay in Providing resolution for the reported issues, and the WEB UI provided is more of legacy platform which can be improvised for modern architecture. Also, the vulnerabilities reported can made us think wisely for choosing the Forti Product

FortiSIEM offers seamless integration with the Fortinet ecosystem. It's designed to provide a unified platform for monitoring and managing security events. Also, it focuses on real-time threat detection and incident response.

Third-Party Support, Cost and some challenges with Compliance.

Threat Detection and Incident Response, Compliance Management, Logs Visibility, Network and Device Monitoring, Centralized Security Monitoring.
Provides good detection against advanced threats because it has a strong machine-learning capability
What is our primary use case?
We use the solution to monitor events and logs. It gives us a very powerful view of what is going on. We can configure it to send notifications of any malicious detection because it is based on an ML (machine learning) algorithm. Aside from using the solution to monitor the logs from different sources, we can also get detections because it has strong machine learning capability.

Fortinet FortiSIEM is very cost-efficient compared to other SIEM solutions.

What other advice do I have?
The solution is deployed on the cloud in our organization. I'll recommend Fortinet FortiSIEM to users because of its functionalities, irrespective of whether they have a hybrid, on-prem, or cloud deployment. If a company has some compliance and regulations, the solution can fulfill their compliance and regulations within their country or industry.
Overall, I rate Fortinet FortiSIEM a nine out of ten.

FortiSIEM uses AI for automating security tasks and UEBA is also a good feature

Not compatible with all the network architecture devices

SIEM is one of the best way to monitor and prevent intrusion based on anomaly and signature policy
