What do you like best about the product?
Its mostly used for Stastician for research on data where report or model got on details. Spss is user fridenly and GUI based process.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very is to handle, flexible interface. Layman can also operate and perform statistical modelling. No need of coding knowledge and we can write syntax also. It was menu driven and syntax writing tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't import different data sets at a time. And for syntax writing, it is ambiguous and not open source. We can't perform user defined operations flexible.

To perform academic assignments to solve the survey data analysis and modelling. I have used to ganarate cross tabulations and logistic regression to find the risk ratios of Anemia.

The IBM SPSS Statistics is developed for data management, business intelligence as a statistical software. It has a robust features where we can integrate programming languages like pyton using the librabry extensions for more flexibility. The user interface and implementation are very easy to understand and has nice customer support team for clearing the issues arasing

The product’s most valuable capability is to handle large datasets and ensure robust analysis simultaneously. We can write, save, and reuse the scripts for further procedures. We do not have to run the program file again on the different datasets.

In some cases, the product takes time to load a large dataset. They could improve this particular area.
For how long have I used the solution?
We have been using IBM SPSS Statistics for nine years. At present, we use the latest version.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
It is a stable platform. We only encounter issues while working on a computer with low RAM. Otherwise, it works perfectly fine.

We have more than 100 IBM SPSS Statistics end users including the data processing team in our organization.
How are customer service and support?
IBM SPSS’s website provides multiple documentation for technical support and guidance. It is easy for new users to learn because of user-friendly designs consisting of drop-down menus. The users can select if they want to run a statistical analysis or hypothesis testing easily. Additionally, we can write the script using the programming language.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is easy. We download wizard installation through IBM’s website to conduct the process.
What other advice do I have?
It requires some training or following a few tutorials on YouTube to understand the product functionality. If you are already interested in learning new languages, it offers more versatility and comprehensive data analysis.
It is an expensive tool. For individual users, especially non-students, there might not be a free option available. It has a subscription-based model without an option for one-stop payment. Certain areas need some guidance and learning for users to understand the functionality. However, it is a great tool in terms of versatility and types of analysis.
I rate it an eight out of ten.

The variety of analyses it allows you to do is great. It integrates easily with other softwares and applications that we use too e.g. snap surveys, prolific etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, great piece of statistical software. Takes a little while to learn what each of the analyses can do but that's a user issue not a software issue.

Able to establish statistically significant differences between groups, and relationships between different variables.
