What do you like best about the product?
I like how IBM SPSS Statistics integrates all the complex statistical analysis processes ( both Descriptive and Inferential Statistics) into one tool and you just need to upload the data from a survey and IBM SPSS Statistics will do the rest of the work.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is somehow difficult to comprehend how to use it at the beginning since it consists of several integrated solutions to different problems and finding the right solution can prove difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use IBM SPSS Statistics to solves several statistical analysis in Khetias Supermarket like determining the number of customer in a given month.

I highly recommend businesses and individuals to try out IBM SPSS Statistics because it is the most sophisticated and the best statistical analysis software companion. it contains appealing diagrams and accurate statistical analysis.

SPSS is an essential tool for statistical Operations. It is extremely helpful for psychological Experiments.
What do you dislike about the product?
SPSS is lacking an easy to use Interface. It is a Software that requires so much study to understand it and just a little error in the Script can change your results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When conducting experiments, especially computer experiments, SPSS has been an essential part of gaining insights and results into the statistical relevance. The visualization tools are great to see certain results and differences in groups.

If you don’t want to take classes to learn how to use SPSS I strongly recommend watching a lot of YouTube videos and reading threats about road blocks you might run into.

What do you like best about the product?
I like IBM SPSS Statistics because it provides an integrated environment where complex statistical data analysis such as correlation, regression, descriptive statistics and much more can be done. All that I need is to export data collected from a survey to SPSS for detailed analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The disadvantage with IBM SPSS Statistics is that it is somehow difficult to use at first.
The process of manually feeding data to the IBM SPSS Statistics for analysis also makes it tiresome and time-consuming.

I use IBM SPSS Statistics to solve several statistical problems including correlation descriptive statistics, advanced statistic and much more. Much of Research work done within my work requires analysis of data and thus I find IBM SPSS Statistics to be the best solution.

It helps you to analyze series of data from any field entirely.

It is very difficult to understand as a learner or beginner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to carry of data analysis and done projects for different people and earned cash.

It is very intuitive and easy to use with menus to run data analysis.

It's limited in terms of data analysis (e.g., multilevel and multivariate techniques require additional software).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Examining data and running statistical analysis on a wide variety of projects. It is simple to use and it is nice to be able to show others how to complete the analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a go to video on youtube for any function on SPSS that you would need. I have always been able to find different tutorials on how to run different tests, compute variables, or different things I may of needed to do on SPSS.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not free like other programs such as R, thankfully my institution offers us free access because they purchase the license- however, it is not free to users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through 4 different research projects I have been able to use SPSS for my data analysis to get the data needed and run the tests I need. There has not been anything that SPSS couldn't offer me.

SPSS is an easy software to learn and there are youtube videos available on any function you may need to preform. I have not personally reached out to their support team, but I have a colleague that has and they appear to be pretty helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I used Spss for 2 months and at first I stuggled with it, but once I understood how to plug information in it was fairly easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still in the process of foguring out what I dislike about it. But what i first did not like was the issues with download process. I can only install it on 2 pcs and god forbid something happens to them then i have to buy a new spss. Also whenever i click tje application it never opens by itself it downloads again. To open it i have to click on an already saved Spss.document

I do public health work and helps with statistical measures.

SPSS has the capabilities to do some upper level statistics. The way the interface is makes the user really think about what they're doing

I always have a difficult time with doing even the simplest statistical tests. I prefer other statistical software for my research with undergraduate students

I am not solving any business problems with SPSS. In fact, I try to avoid using the software when possible.
