Solution to all you statistics problems
What do you like best about the product?
It's data handeling capabilities, drag and drop menu along with the execution through syntaxes, easy to understand syntaxes
What do you dislike about the product?
It's output are not visibly appealing and need extra efforts to make it client ready
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am executing data manipulation and analysis queries, running statistics analysis
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's good to have for data analysis but not good for exporting analysis in visibly appealing formats. It's easy to use and fast thus must have tool to run statistical analysis
Very useful software
What do you like best about the product?
Currently use SPSS software for statistical analysis and extremely happy how it's easy to import and export data. The key benefit is a great variety of analytical technics and on-line support. In summary, It is very useful software especially for academics and students.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to learn how to use, expensive license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very helpful for different types of analyses (regressions, ANOVA, correlations)

SPSS for Healthcare Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
SPSS allows us to import and analyze large data sets that other programs like Excel can't handle. Claims data for healthcare in particular can be in the millions for show periods of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
SPSS could be more end user friendly. It can be difficult to find the tools you need because of how robust it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this program to analyze trends in healthcare claims. It gives us a lot of flexibility with the large data it can process and manipulate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend finding some training courses for using SPSS because it has a lot of tools and to get the most out of it, you should be aware of what the tool is capable of.

What do you like best about the product?
Availability of toolbars for choosing analytical tools or using syntax, though some analyses can only be completed using syntax.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not highly customizable, frequent updates to new software versions with few substantial changes between the versions

Running basic and more complex analyses, screening and cleaning small and large datasets.
Straight forward analysis helper

I like the ease of use, straight forward features, that have logical names, and make sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
While most features can be found (by a novice) just by following common sense, there are still features that are well hidden or nested deep inside some menus.

Various statistical analysis, data grids, more intense features than Excel offers

Great Software for Academics
What do you like best about the product?
SPSS is easy to use, requiring little syntax. Further, there are several helpful videos from IBM on how to use SPSS. You can complete most tests in SPSS itself without having to use other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be less accessible for non-academics, who would have to buy their own version out of pocket. Sometimes there are good discounts and deals, but if you are not with a university or business that owns an SPSS license, it can be pricey to buy on your own.

I examine student and teacher experiences in the classroom. My research goes on to help teachers improve their teaching styles so that students can learn better.

Double check that your tests can be done just using SPSS. Otherwise it’s a great resource for people needing to analyze statistics.

What do you like best about the product?
SPSS has a very excellent interface and allows researchers to use it effectively. Analyzing and Interpreting data gives fast results. It also saves time by securely storing the data interpretation files .
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any single word against the usage of SPSS software. I highly recommend this particular software for your future works.

It saves time after doing each data interpretation. User's can easily take saved graphs and plots from the particular work.

What do you like best about the product?
SPSS made research and Analysis super easy.

I felt the software could be more intuitive.

I used SPSS to run t-tests, ANOVAs, regression tests and analyze data. It proves to be very useful and the best part is you can run any number of tests and choose what you want to see in your results.

What do you like best about the product?
SPSS makes it easy for me to make quick calculations for my clients in order to drive decision making.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as easy to use multiple filters like it is in an excel spreadsheet. And syntax often has multiple ways to get to the correct answer which can be confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am often comparing brand metrics with SPSS and the custom tables makes it extremely easy to visualize the exact information I need in my tables to provide for clients.

Learn syntax. It will be your best friend and make you a much more efficient user.
