Pretty straight forward
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and simple. We use it more on the ledger

Our use of Beacon has given us insight and confidence to push forward knowing we have data that is more meaningful than previously found or used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than our own incompetence, Beacon is simple to use and clear. It's not what we dislike about Beacon its not liking why this was not used by us before now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoiding expenditure by focussing on what we now know is getting through.
Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is super user-friendly and it's incredibly well laid out. The bot blocking capability has had an undeniably positive impact on the overall performance of campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's model is good for high-spending accounts but if you have lots of smaller ones the fees can feel like a big hit, but at scale, it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combating ad-fraud and helping to clean up the internet especially taking money away from organised crime.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use all the functionality immediately and lean on support for testing and set up! They're nice so speak to them lots.
A very satisfactory outcome
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent support, easy to setup, delivers what it promises. Click fraud goes down, sales go up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I think the government should partially subsidize the service for smaller businesses - the gains in VAT revenue would make it worthwhile!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of click fraud, which wastes ad spend. The sales have increased. It's easier to manage campaign budgets.
Using Beacon was so easy to use for our clients, especially for someone who isnt overly techy.

I love how easy it was to navigate and pull reports and data from.

Nothing that we disliked - we liked it all

We used to to help stop bot traffic on a clients social advertising.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. The team are a great support and are there whenever you need help or are not sure about anything. The software is so easy to use even for a non techy person who doesnt code! The dashboard is regually updated with new and usefull tools that really helped us support out clients social advertising campaign.

Beacon provide a powerful and easy to use platform for us to monitor performance and bot traffic to our clients ad campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some effort to get setup for a new client, to add the tag to their site and find a trigger to use to signify a completed journey, but once it's done things run smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Beacon to monitor the performance of client ad campaigns across multiple channels, easily generate reporting for our clients and of course reduce bot activity and save money.

customer service is second to none. the team are always going above and beyond to help with set up, reporting & client queries.

some prospects have turned down due to cost.

less bot traffic, so driving much more engaged users to site, increasing CVR
