KnowBe4 has been the one stop shop for all things security awareness related!
What do you like best about the product?
Rolloing out training is easy and there are lots of choices to choose from, depending on how you want to train users. We like to train with short and sweet, right to the point modules, that helps our users catch on quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about KB4 training. We would like to see more 5 minute or less training content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using KB4 training to spread awareness of the different kinds of attacks our users can expect to see. We are training on social engineering, how to spot phishing emails, and how to mark them as phishing with the PAB, phish alert button.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness platform is extremely easy to use and fast to setup. Automation for training and phishing is quick process and the return on investment is unmatched
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to have any downsides of this software. Some features are possibly not as useful. For example the USB physical security tests. The data received from that attack type is not specific enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it is solving is the mass training of all staff members in our organization. Over the years the platform has proven to be the #1 risk reduction of cybersecurity threats related to phishing
High value and new knowledge every time!
What do you like best about the product?
It creates real-world situations that properly trains users what to look for or expect. I feel confident afterwards that the users have a better understanding of what to look for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't disliked anything about it - it's been great! The information provided is always up-to-date and very useful for us to use on training our users internally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's difficult these days to train users on security, because there are so many different ways to be attacked. This training covers the various aspects while doing it in a practical manner.
Great service for Security Training and Phish Testing
What do you like best about the product?
I like how KnowBe4 allows me to easily assign training courses to new hires, and annual training by department, using smart groups. They also provide an easy to use interface for our users to access their training
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any improvements that I'd like to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use KnowBe4 Security awareness training to deliver semi annual training to our users. We're also using it in conjunction with with Phishing tests from KnowBe4. Immediately offering remedial training to phishing clickers has helped us reduce our click rate by over 50%.
KnowBe4 has been Extremely Beneficial!
What do you like best about the product?
We've been pleased with the ease of using and editing templates to send our automated phishing campaigns. KnowBe4 is the best option we've come across to train our staff against phishing threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's all about organization buy-in and the higher-ups backing the training. If there are no enforced consequences then the training won't be worth the organization's time and money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've benefited from the cadence of Phishing campaigns to keep staff on the alert. Our staff are now more adept at identifying phishing emails in their everyday workflows.

With regards to phishing awareness I really liked the auto runs of campaigns and the creativity of it.

Some of the training videos can be boring, but generally it is good.

KnowBe4 made our users really careful while handling email!

Administration of the platform is fairly straight forward.
There is enough training content to get started but you'll quickly want better content.

Simple requests like making a campaign a recurring annual assignment is overly complex.
Integration with other platforms to enrich a user risk score is limited - at best.
A simple notification option - send training notification message through Slack or Microsoft Teams - is not a default feature.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 is solving a base business need of having "a Security Awareness program" but it is not giving us a "good" security awareness program.

What do you like best about the product?
The catalogue is comprehensive and the security mini-series are oddly wildly popular. Switching our approach to the mini-series was the best move ever. We have never used a competitive product so I can't argue that KB4 is the best, but our experience has been positive on all fronts.

- The phishing tests are executed flawlessly and with the automated training and documentation really streamlines the follow up and audit evidence collection.
- We customized the Phish Alert Button to serve our purposes internally and have excellent response fro staff. They appreciate how easy the tool intergrates into their daily life.

PAB - required custmisation as unable to send potentially sensitive emails to PB4 for analysis.
