System Administrator
What do you like best about the product?
The portal is easy to use, alot of thing are self explantory. Setting up training campagin and phishing was so easy and also easy to keep track of campagin reuslts, generating reports and so forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time we were using knowbe4, they didn't have newly uplaoded contests, some of the traning modules were there for years, phishing templates were the same, kinda outdated. You would need to go and chage the template to make it trick for you company. Another issue is that when we were in the process of becoming MSP, we asked Knowbe4 if they will help as add multiple domains other then ours so we can offer our customers the security awareness training, but they did'nt have that capabilty offered to us!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
nowBe4 Security Awareness Training aims to address the human element of cybersecurity, making users more knowledgeable, vigilant, and capable of identifying and responding to potential threats. By strengthening the cybersecurity awareness of individuals and organizations, they can better protect their sensitive data, systems, and reputation in an increasingly complex digital landscape.
Easy to Manage and Fast to Train Staff
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about theKnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is the amount of reporting and real time information it provides. If a staff member fails the training, clicks a link they were not suppose to click, we force them to retake the training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside, although not an issue with KnowBe4 specifically, is having to always remind the staff that did not take or pass the training. End users are always the biggest issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It certifies us for our annual required Cyber Security Awareness Training with the state. It forc es end users to again be aware of the dangers in email.
Must Have Cybersecurity Training for K-12
What do you like best about the product?
The KnowBe4 management interface is easy to use and intuitive. KnowBe4's reporting ability to see who did what for email security violations are awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish the state would make a purchase for all K-12. The most difficult part of the application is getting purchasing approved each year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making all staff and especially the executive teams aware of the dangers of clicking links in emails. It also fills our start of year cyber securiry awareness training.
Great content and great support.
What do you like best about the product?
Thee is a ton of content, something for everyone. I enjoy how quick the training can be for experienced users as a refresher but also educational for the novice user.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a new service to me so setting up the back end was not as intutive as you would hope but with the great support, easy to overcome any issues. We are new to the service so we are looking forward to great content updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great centralized service for everyone in our organization. We are a multi-national organization so the available languages are great and they meet our needs.
Valid Information, but a bit too stuffy
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has great information for the general computer/mobile user. The tutorials walk you through situations that the average person may encounter when using their devices and how to tell is there is a phishing or spam attack.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training could be improved by using a video instead of a voice just reading words on the screen to you. It feels like someone is simply reading from a Powerpoint presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is helping the average user become more aware of potentially harmful situations where they could be part of a phishing scheme. It shows people how to figure out if emails are real, shows you what not to do in common phishing scenarios, and gives insight into how to report things to your IT team.
Very Effective tool to maintain user awareness
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of the platform in setup. Allows us to seup once and get randomly generated campaings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure. Sometimes the phish hook gets stuck but that may be a browser issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 provides user awareness. Anyone can make a mistake even admins. The countermeausre is to maintain awareness.
Efficient, Creative, Effective!
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 provides different Modules for different departments and compliance requirements. The modules are creative, effective, and easy to watch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Reporting Dashboards can use improvements including customizations. Same for the Reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone who uses technology needs to be aware of its dangers. Educating the Human is essential for preventing Cyber Crime.
Real world scenarios delivered in a consumable fashion.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the videos and trainings aren't overly long and I especially appreciate the humor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I am pretty busy I would cut back the number of trainings by about 20 percent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as a reminder to look for Phishing emails, how to spot them and how to report them.
KnowBe4 is a great IT team tool for end user training
What do you like best about the product?
I apperiate how user friendly the training is. Keeping up with user training for IT security awareness isnt always a simple or streamlined task. KnowBe4, helps with this tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides to the training, one thing that users brought up was repetitive content. Some users found the training modules to be repetitive, with similar content and scenarios repeated across different modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing we are using this service for andf that it's helping us is the Security awareness training. It has made life eaiser on the IT deparment having this tool at our disposal.
Informative and Fun to Watch
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to access and the training is not time consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found one thing that I don't like about KnowBe4 yet.

Let's us know what kind of information is being sent to our organization, so we are able to identify and take appropriate action.
