It is a great platform
What do you like best about the product?
It comes with a lot of the good features
What do you dislike about the product?
As a diamond package customer, we are seeing some features now requires additional upgrade like compliance training. Also there are not enough training material for the APAC market like PIPL compliance or alike. The training for developers also need to be refreshed and updated regularly as we do not see too many new contents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to meet compliance requirements and also increases the user awareness on security.

Trainigs are interactive with games. Also, there are posters and modules which we can use for our advisories
What do you dislike about the product?
There are false positive result encountered due to wrong set up.

KnowBe4 is easy to use and deploy, backed by a team of experts dedicated to helping organizations improve their security posture. It offers a comprehensive suite of features, including:

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and analytics lacks maturity towards ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective solution for training end-users, especially towards phishing attacks and other social engineering threats. It helps us to meet compliance requirements, such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC-2.
Mediocre, some things are good and others are lacking.
What do you like best about the product?
Starting out, it was easy to find topics to apply. The bredth of topics was great. The phishing tests used to be a great measure of user awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phishing tests have lost their usefulness and are not indicitive of security awareness. The Training is very repetitive and finding new courses that have not been used before, or are quality productions, has become very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing compliance to industry standards, but now it is only compliance and no longer a value add.
A great tool for addressing & improving the human firewall
What do you like best about the product?
With the combination of training and phishing/fraud simulations we are able to objectively demonstrate the benefits of cybersecurity training and improve the organization's risk posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issues with the training system; however, reporting in PhishER is virtually non-existant.

Increasing awareness to reduce risk

Some modules dont work properly. I own many different functions (one of them being cybersec awareness) and when I have to work on a hour plus onissues, no bueno

What do you like best about the product?
I like the diversity of the training KB4 provides. It allows us as an org to ensure that users are getting the proper training's to give us maximum security for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how slow KB4 console is. We have had multiple users on our last bi-annual training report that their training's were not showing completed. The training's still showed they were in progress. I think this issue could be looked into and fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making the users more aware of Phishing attacks and how to report them using the Phishing Alert Button. This is useful because we get to see more emails come in that could be malicious.

I love the ASAP program. It helped us get started quickly. The help articles are awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the analytics are a little hard to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are recognizing phishing emails and are now less likely to click on the bogus links.
KB4 is a must have for Security Training, even the free PAB instance is a security MUST!

Ease of administration and documentation is readily available.

Development, feature requests, the things that aren't available.

Less of a burden on our SOC for Phish Hunting and User email recognition.

Training awareness is the key to understanding phishing and how to avoid being caught. KnowBe4 makes a complex topic simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training could be time-consuming. Try to make it more interesting for non-IT staff.
