Good Product
What do you like best about the product?
Short and effective, attention grabbing.

I want to be able to fast forward the modules

What do you like best about the product?
The phishing test part is quite good. I think it is their strong point
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a complete disappointment when we have seen how few courses are available in the languages we need, even though we have a Gold subscription. On the other hand, the automatic translation of the templates is lousy in some languages and although we have opened several tickets to support, they have never helped us with it.

Phishing tests have helped us to make employees aware of the real risks
Support isn't the best
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about KnowBe4 is the fairly easy way their portal operates. Though they continue to add more and more non-relevant tabs across the top causing clutter, once you finally get where you need to be, its straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many things to not like about KnowBe4. Their support isn't helpful, at all. Their templates aren't relevant/ updated that often, they continue to add features that do not necessarily have anything to do with user phishing/ training. Reporting isn't easy to use or provide information I need, so I have to make my own reports.
Our account manager calls us at least once a month to sell something. The newest feature for calling users back is robotic and seems will past it's time. I'm not sure of anyone who listens to robo calls in this day and age.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regulatory requirements require I provide user training and phishing tests to my user base. As a result, KnowBe4 is the cheapest solution available for this. Though their training isn't updated/ relevant to ongoing threats (they're about a year behind) it does provide some value to our users.
Game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
The automation with smart groups and ADIsync is a huge time saver. The ability to pull raw data reports on phishing, and the phishing tests are amazing as well especially when combined with remedial training modules (I'd recommend tagging some that are best for remediation of clickers and credential harvest failures.)
What do you dislike about the product?
The VRO is highly flawed. The scoring isn't at all indicative of much of anything I've noticed. There's too much weight added to the algorithm by number of times an email address has been found on the dark web. When everyone is on there, I fail to see how that matters anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security Culture immaturity, phishing risk, credential harvesting risk, liklihood of ransomware incident, compliance reporting, and raw data availability for reporting metrics to executive leadership.

What do you like best about the product?
Vast content of awareness trainings and quizzes. Mobility - users can also complete the assigned trainings through mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the content is region specific. All contents should be accessible to customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Awareness of current cybersecurity vectors e.g. phishing attacks and ransomeware etc. and how to prevent against these attack vectors.
Love the platform, great tool. Would love a finer tuned method for tracking employee completion.

We've seen a signficant improvement in our staff's ability to spot phishing emails. Each time they improve we breathe easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact the Learner app is bound to a device. Makes utilizing it impossible. Fix that and its near perfect.

90% of breaches are initiated by a phish. Staff is finally learning that.
It really works!
What do you like best about the product?
We are under a constant barrage of attacks and knowbe4 gives our employees the knowledge they need to defend themselves and keep our critical data safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like admin console features, we'd like to be able to modify the courses included in a training session. I'd also like to see more features for the end-user console that keep employees engauged.

Educating and empowering our employees to keep them safe from the bad actors.
KnowBe4 Is The Way2Go
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's security training is regularly updated and provides new, relevant content throughout the year. In addition, our account rep is proactive and regularly meets with us. During our meetings he reviews our campaigns, suggest new targeted campaigns, recommends new training tactics, and assists with configuration. Our account rep also helped to set up a weekly company branded cybersecurity newsletter with content that is related to current phishing and social engineering tactics.
What do you dislike about the product?
While our account rep has been helping to set up campaigns for our company, I find the campaign setup/configuration to be somewhat confusing to setup on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is a key component to our company wide cybersecurity security awareness training program. We use the training during onboarding of new employees. We also send out phishing campaigns monthly. Users that fall for the phishing campaigns are presented with additional security awareness training to help educate them for future phishing attempts. Users that repeatedly fall for the phishing campaigns are presented with addtional training and tests automatically.
Good, but room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Phishing simulations are continually updated, lots of content for education, ability to incorporate training modules into our HealthStream LMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more ability to customize and brand for our audience, also would like threat information we find in your blog converted into posters/newsletters/email tips
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the topic of security in the minds of our team members with fresh content. This helps with our compliance and hopefully reduces risk.

Helpful staff. Easy to use. Quality multilingual.

All good! Nothing I can think of right now.

Reducing phishing attempts. Employees have become very aware of the various scams used by cyberpirats.
