What do you like best about the product?
In an era where cyber threats loom larger than ever, KnowBe4's Security Awareness Training stands as a beacon of hope for V.Group seeking to fortify our defenses. The training modules cover a wide spectrum of cybersecurity topics, from phishing awareness to password security and beyond. One of the key strengths of KnowBe4's training is its interactivity. Rather than passive lectures, it offers interactive experiences such as simulated phishing attacks, allowing employees to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accessing training materials and simulations typically requires an internet connection. This limitation could be problematic for remote employees or those working in areas with unreliable internet access. Since V.Group is responsible for crew on vessels, internet connectivity can be a problem at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maritime organizations like V.Group are susceptible to phishing emails and social engineering attacks that target employees and attempt to compromise sensitive data or systems. KnowBe4's training provides employees with the knowledge and skills to recognize phishing attempts and social engineering tactics. This reduces the likelihood of successful attacks, protecting sensitive maritime data and systems.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 security awareness training provides comprehensive, scalable and engaging solutions to educate employees about cybersecurity threats and help organizations strengthen their defences against cyberattacks
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users have found that KnowBe4 training information can be quite extensive, and can be overwhelming for employees, especially those who are not familiar with cybersecurity. Also, while toys can be engaging for some, others may find them distracting or unnecessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 security awareness training is primarily used to educate employees about cybersecurity threats and best practices.

What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 has massively helped with user training and targetting users who we identify as a user risk. We are able to compile compliance reporting and run phishing tests. This helps us meet our audit standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about it. It is a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training effectively addresses the pressing issue of human error in cybersecurity. It helps individuals and organizations combat the ever-increasing threats of phishing, social engineering, and other cyberattacks by providing comprehensive education and hands-on experience. By doing so, KnowBe4 not only mitigates the risk of security breaches but also empowers individuals.
Lots of content and formats, useful dashboard, good monthly newsletters
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the assesment that employees can take so that we can target weak spots when deciding our infosec training plan. PAB button is good, dummy phishing campaigns are very useful, especially the automated extra training for 'clickers'.

Campaign set up could be more user friendly, its not always obvious how to get to the next step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of good content in terms of training. Newsletters are great for raising awareness. PAB button handles phishing.
Good, but not enough
What do you like best about the product?
Phishing tests are very useful for company security awareness, the tracking you can do is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automatic translation of the mail templates sent to users is really bad, and there is no solution from the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the use of phishing campaigns to users, we have made them more aware and the reporting of phishing attempts has increased by 200% since then.
KnowBe4 is extremely helpful for organizations to prevent Cyber Threats!

It is so simple and easy to use in Outlook and prevents human errors on obvious scenarios.

Most of the messages are really easy and they could be targeted more to end user level

Cyber Threats, email phising, social engineering phishing etc.

It is a very extensive platform with a wide choice of assignments, videos, etc.

Actually nothing! We have not yet been able to discover any negatives.

Making people aware of the dangers that exist these days.

Easy to understand, multiple language support, verymuch interactive which grabs your attention during the course.

People can skip the training videos and can complete the training by answering questionnaires.

It helps employees to be prepared for phishing emails and malicious URL redirects, and also it helps the user to protect their confidential information disclosure.
Perfect tool to increase cybersecurity awareness in staff and students alike

Its very easy to create a campaign for any group of people with diverse education or experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything in particular but may be color scheme of display could be improved (dark theme may be)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us train the staff by sending live phishing campaings and getting the results back in form of who clicked, who entered the data which is very useful for targetted training.
It is very comprehensive for users to learn.

The training scope is very wide. I liked the phish simulators as well as the contents which gets updated regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There needs to be more customization when it comes to the user achievement ladder. We would like to be able to reward users with more motivation.

The disregard for security has been eliminated, emanating vigilance in the cybersecurity space. Training is now more comprehensive and foolproof as the videos illustrates real world scenarios.
