Excellent Phishing and Security Training
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is incredibly easy to use and provides newsletters and other content which is important in driving a good security culture in the business on how to deal with cyber incidents
What do you dislike about the product?
The training in IT security can sometimes be too short and can be easily skipped by the users. Also some content is not very detailed and can be confusing at best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making our staff more aware of how to treat suspicious emails and phishing emails. As email is the number one attack vector this is important first line of defence againts cyber attackers
KnowBe4 Security Awareness provides good end user training with unique targeted phishing tests!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize training per user type or group with additional training for phish test failures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Educating end users on Phishing attempts and raising the overall security awareness accross the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease at which training is automated and phishing simulations can be generated without a heavy lift
What do you dislike about the product?
Once set up everything is very easy to use. I would not have been able to create templates without the help of knowBe4 support team

Phishing simulations constantly being sent to our team, and auto generated training sent to new employees

What do you like best about the product?
It has allowed us to recognize phishing encounters.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could use employees personal emails because not everyone has a company email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping ournetworks secure
Cybersecurity training in an easy to use package
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to configure, lots of content, able to connect to our systems in terms of SSO and import of users. Variety of content is also very good. We have been very happy with the user friendliness of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I have been frustrated at all the different packages and when we purchase something, a new feature comes out but we have to pay more to get it as it is in a different package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting the requirement to train all our users on cybersecurity. We also use it for some policies and custom training which is really helpful. This has met a great need in our org.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the simplicity of KnowBe4 and how easy it is for us to push training out to our folks
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more traning focused on insider threat as well as protecting classified information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating and distributing security training in order to keep our company more secure.
In the beginning, it boosts security. Getting staff on board is key!
What do you like best about the product?
It's quick, informative and to the point. I like the fun netflix style series too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had quite a few people struggle with the SAPA assessment where they must close the window or something. If the assessment opened in the main window then I think this would help. Must have had to reset 10% of staffs progress becaise of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the IT Director at a busy school i'm concerned with staff and students clicking, installing and generally being silly online. This if nothing else will make them think twice and should then rub off on the students. It's early days but i'm hoping this will embed into staff over the next few months. I have had some good feedback from some staff already.
Extremly easy to use, results from the training very effective
What do you like best about the product?
The training is very relevant to the environment, and useful to users. The content is interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The content has to be extended because after a year of sending out campaigns, it becomes difficult to choose content, because most of the topics have already been delivered to the users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The staff compliments knowledge of security has improved tremendously, The surveys proove this, content is not long and boring, users benefit from content. The administration is also very easy, not difficult to create campaigns. Reports are informative and useful.
Great platform for all of your security awareness needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the modules are broken down into managable tasks with a mixture or video and written insight. The fact that each one doesn't take a huge amount of time to complete keeps engagment. The information and content is also very to the point and relevent to each module without going over the top.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike apart from I find teh interface a little basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the issue of keeping on track with making sure all staff have done regular awareness training.

Easy to use and great content. Invaluable resource for a small organisation like ours

Some of the content is a bit long and does not test user's understanding
