Great Content, and knowledge!
What do you like best about the product?
the content and user experience are great, i just wish the users were more proactive about completing the assigned tasks. the options presented when setting up a campaign are great, although the endless lists of near identical options needs to be better filtered.
What do you dislike about the product?
the admin console is not intuitive at all, things buried everywhere and needlessly over categorized.
setup was also an awful experience, but that shouldnt be too surprising being that you're settings things up to allow emails that appear as spam.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
this is adding awareness to our users, and allowing them the tools to submit potentially fraudulent emails for review.
Nice Protuct useful when 100% working
What do you like best about the product?
Automation is key for tracking and testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
seems to work with some but not all. Would love follow ups for soft pass's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to help stop phishing attacks and malware or social enigneering to gain access to our systems or hold our data ransom.
Great Product and Training Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is fantastic for communicating to our team and training them in cybersecurity
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface of the tool can sometimes be a little finicky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security Awareness Training is our way of informing and training our users on cyber security and their part in protecting our institution.
Went from no staff cyber training policy to full blown program very quickly
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive interface, easy to configure OOB, decent automation capabilities, helpful integrations, valuable reporting, and always forging ahead!
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with the Diamond sub, I find a lot of the material redundant and fear that our staff are getting bogged down in topics like "strong passwords", so its sometime difficult to be fresh with the trainings. Also I would love to have available a standard programming template with the trainings, configured up front for the whole year, so I can focus on stats and reports and actually proactively engaging with our data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aligning our corp with requirements, keeping our staff keen, proving where our weak points are. While I once found the platform daunting, the learning curve mellowed and now I'm able to set things up quickly so I can be more productive with other things.
Easiest and best cyber security training
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 makes it easy for administrators to create a training program for end users. End users don't typically want to take time away from their normal day to day work to complete training; however, our users seem to enjoy the compilation of training modules. We can announce training will begin and end on specified dates, giving the users a certain amount of time to complete the training campaign. By allowing the users to complete portions and save their progress, it makes it easy for them to complete the training when they have downtime from their normal tasks. The training campaigns are pertinent to not only their business tasks, but home as well. Our firm has more aware of potential threats and how to avoid them since implementing the security awareness training from KnowBe4.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an administrator, I would like to see more up to date modules available that do not require the puchase of a higher level of service. I understand the concept of paying extra provides more options, but it seems that too many times, when setting up a training campaign, modules still exist that have been out for several years giving the appearance of several sessions to choose from except many are old. I would like to see modules that are older than one year to be placed in an "Archived" section as opposed to still being listed with more current topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 keeps our users on track to stay aware of current cyber threats and how to avoid them. The end user is the first line of defense in most cases of cyber threats. KnowBe4 training informs and reinforces the end users knowledge of threats and why it is important for them to vigilant at keeping a watchful eye on what they are clicking on. Secondly, it informs the user on how to keep their data secure and how to handle sensitive information. As a law firm, this may be one of the most important topics of training for our end users. While the firm does try to explain how to handle this type of data, KnowBe4 shows in greater detail on how to achieve this. All aspects of KnowBe4 benefit a law firm substantially.
Underrated cybersecurity defense
What do you like best about the product?
We were onboarded quickly to protect our org and satisfy compliance demands. Platform is intuitive and easy to use and customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
The trainings could be less cheesy. More advanced phishing messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our phishing clicks and cyber incidents have notibly decreased within our org. We didn't have to use a consulting firm or augment staff for phishing training and document compliance. We also benefit heavily from the automatic phishing quarantine as well as the outlook plugin to allow users to report phishing.

Great way to test email security
What do you like best about the product?
I use it all the time. I send weekly random tests to all of my users. they get randone emails so they can't just share them to warn others. And you get a weekly report.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could use specifit from addresses to make it look more like it comes from inside. or personalize the email to the users to make it look more realistic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to all of the users at once instead of trying to go to them one by one. I can see it all in one easy report to so i don't have to dig for results. It's just easier

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has some of the most helpful articles and training modules. It's easy using SAPA to determine where our problem areas lie so we can reinforce them!
What do you dislike about the product?
While the reporting is great, I think more intuitive historical measurements and training assignments would be good. I'd like to assign users without a group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a major issue with Internet Usage and Information Sensitivity. This is a beneficial tool because it helps us demonstrate the importance of vigilance.

Creating phishing test campaigns are straight forward. Training is informative and interactive to keep it interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult configuring M365 to allow phishing emails through. I wish there was more documentation on configuring M365 Exchange rules and settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us change user behavior when receiving suspicious emails. It shows us who needs more coaching and reminds users of their email handling procedures.
