Easy to use, delightful staff, Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple the tool is and how readily available their staff are to help with any set up you need done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no real dislikes for KnowBe4. It's a really great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have provided security training and phishing training for our users so they can be compliant. It also helps us stay compliant with our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has allowed us to provide targeted and consistent training experiences in our workplace. Metrics available in KnowBe4's product have allowed us to demonstrate a steady improvement and lasting security awareness in the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides in KnowBe4 security awareness training are few, and the KnowBe4 product is constantly improving. Busy associates aren't always eager to take time out for security awareness training. Short but well targeted training materials from KnowBe4 are helping to overcome this, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization strives to be at the top of ratings for information security and risk management in our sector. While we've been satisfied in our standing, we've been very pleased with how KnowBe4 fits in our strategy for ongoing improvment. In our efforts to continue to improve our lead in standings for security among our peer organizations, security awareness training from KnowBe4 is making a positive impact in encouraging associates throughout the organizaion to look for and actively report any email phishing attempts rather than simply ignoring or deleting them.
Knowledgeable Information
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the trainings are to follow and listen to in a short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I have any downsides, but if I had to it would be the threat of the week emails can be lengthy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The trainings help remind staff to always be cautious even while on work emails accounts. KnowBe4 keeps up to date examples and trainings to show why it is so important.
Great training and easy to manage platform
What do you like best about the product?
The training is broken down into shorter sections and are interesting which makes users more engaged into training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this training as it covers all sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our users are more aware of social engineering. Ever since we started this training with our campaigns, users have bee doing great and failure percentage has reduced significantly.
KnowBe4 Helping Companies and their Employees
What do you like best about the product?
The content is relatable which makes the learning not actually feel like learning! It has helped our employees to be safe online at work and at home!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this program!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The awareness training benefits our company because it teaches our employees to be aware at all times. Because of the training we all know what to look for and how to be vigilant each and every day. Always thinking before clicking!!
KB4 is a great tool for training and quizzing users
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can set up multiple trainings at once and have them pushed out to users during the year. I can also quickly and easily set up ad-hoc trainings and send them out if a new threat emerges. I'm also a BIG fan of their customer success and support departments. Thay are always ready and available to help me with anything I may need assistance with.

What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I can come up with that detracts from the training that KB4 provides. I'm going to miss Kevin Mitnick, he was a gem. His training videos were excelletn and were geared to the people who don't know how hacking tech works. and made it easy to understand.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main things that keeps me, as a Network and Security admin, up at night is phishing emails and the general state of cybersecurity. KB4 helps our users recognize and react positively to these threats and keeps everyone safer.

In depth, easy to digest and easy to deploy Cyber Security Awareness Training!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of deployment and the consent stream of new content we can deploy for our users. They also make it very easy to monitor the completion of the training, through automation of emails as well as an easy list of completion percentage time spent etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints about the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. If I were to have one complaint is that the content should be a bit longer as it is hard to hit a 30-45min training session only using new materials
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it is solving is having a comprehensive place to have our users get a great view of the current cyber security realm and what issues they are looking out for. KnowBe4 does a great job with a steady stream of new relevant content

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple and friendly. All of our staff are able to understand and learn. The lessons are most helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I love the stories too. I wish I had time to watch all the content.

It's truly helping the staff to be knowlegable about what to click on and what NOT to click on.
Don't Be the Weakest Link - Defense Through Education
What do you like best about the product?
The training framework allows direct integration with our identity management to make onboarding and accessing the system seamless for our users. Smart groups really help with automating training goals (and remediation). The content is current and comes with a large variety of styles to match the culture and age of our end users to keep things engaging. The content compared to other systems we reviewed is much more advanced and actively maintained. The KB4 team is actively updating both content and services available and are keeping everything 'current'.
What do you dislike about the product?
The content is broken out into 3 paid tiers and we found that the most attractive content is only available at the highest tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Behind the keyboard is the primary attack vector, prior to KB4 training, I would send out 'info bytes' that would be 'best effort' to communicate the realities of email/web/social media to our end users and business culture. This was laborous and did not track well - could not easily quantify reception of information or retention of the content. With KB4, training is logged, tests are submitted and tracked, and remediation is automatically assigned where needed.

What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple trainings of different variety that you can choose from. I love that you can play games instead of having boring training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users aren't getting manual notification emails that I send out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of iur employees and board members have very limited knowledge about cyber security. This program helps us tremendously with giving them the knowledge that they need to be more preventative.
