Simple the best security awareness tool
What do you like best about the product?
The single most important measure we can take to prevent a breach is to train our staff to identify phishing attacks. Knowbe4 is the best tool to use to not only train staff but to create a culture of security awareness. We have been using knowbe4 for 7 years now and we will continue doing so.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was LDAP intergration or an easier way to manage staff in the web console.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 simplifys and enables what otherwise is a complicated task to train and renforce secuirty awareness.
KnowBe4 is to difficult to manage for a small or part time security awareness program
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has tools that help measure culture and security awareness. Automated phishing campaigns are very helpful. Our representative, Jason Arvin, is excellent. I cannot say enough about Jason.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training options are not updated for modern cybersecurity awareness standards. The inside man is entertaining, however, there is very little security awareness knowledge transferred to my colleagues. The number of training options is too vast and extremely difficult for a small shop or to manage.There could be some automation based on the SAPA and culture surveys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is providing both Phishing and security awareness training.
Great tool for security awareness
What do you like best about the product?
Short, funny, and relevant videos aimed at general users.
What do you dislike about the product?
it can be a little tricky to get all KnowBe4 emails through our Mimecast email filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oblivious users don't consider security at all on a daily basis.
Great security awareness training platform
What do you like best about the product?
good content for training material, several language options for global reach, phishing test campaigns and follow-up training assignments for users who fail the tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system doesn't capture users progress of training accurately. So the system will show a user hasn't completed the training when the user has completed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continous cyber security traning for new and existing employees.
KnowBe4 has been an integral tool in preparing our staff to fight cyber crime.
What do you like best about the product?
The campaigns work seamlessly after they are setup. It's very simple to use and you can increase complexity as your maturity grows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The EEC Pro Analysis is pretty much useless. Without being able to mark false positives so they don't show up on the report, it's unusable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The immediate feedback for end users when they click on a phishing email is so important. They get to learn right then and there what things they can look out for.
Positive Training
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 provides short, quality training for our users. It's challenging enough to make users think and short enough so we don't get complaints about spending time on training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major dislikes about KnowBe4 security awareness training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 security awareness training is helpful, especially in helping users recognize and avoid phishing emails. Increasing awareness of phishing and other attacks helps with our primary weakness - users. lol
I'm a fan!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface for KB4 is great and very easy to use. The reporting is great and provides much insight into risky users within the organisation. The KB4 phish button also works very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The modstore has lots of content in there and covers a range of topics. However, the content has been described as immature before, as it consists of a lot of games and cartoons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It spreads awareness across the organisation about topics that may be overlooked by most users. At the moment, it is our primary source of security training delivery, so we currently rely a lot on KB4 to spread awareness to the entire business.
Training is Current and Relevant
What do you like best about the product?
On the job training is often real dry, boring, and often 20 years out of date but, KnowBe4 provides updated, relevant info. They even offer high quality videos that entertain and inform. The Inside Man is pretty good!

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. Most work required training isn't exactly "enjoyable" but KnowBe4 does a pretty good job in this regard. There's honestly nothing I can really offer as constructive criticism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are learning to be much more vigilant with email and web browsing. Most users are more likely to avoid unknown attachments, share passwords, etc. Any increased security for our network is great!
Visual Information Presented In One Screen
What do you like best about the product?
It's a simple and easy training program for end users to understand the importance of being aware and not falling for any attempts at what phishing and spam can do to your computer. The interface for admins is easy to see and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to find reports was the hardest part for me, but it only took a few minutes. I would like to be able to run the reports to be more exact to what we require. Like how long it took the users to go through the training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of our end users have been reacting to spam / phishing emails. Having them be more aware and what to look out for is helpful.
Exceptional Training that Users Like
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone dreads Security Awareness Training, but that has changed with Knowbe4. Now we have users excited about the next training and even have end users begging to get more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of content to review for making a decision on what your end users need. That isn't necessarily a bad thing but can take up some significant time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to create our own Security awareness Training because Knowbe4 has it taken care of for us. We have seen a large reduction in phishing email clicks and our users are far more security conscience than before.
