Up and running in no time!
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is a great platform for educating and testing your user base on security protocols. It is straight-forward and easy to use. With lessons already curreated we have saved hours from using the pre-built lessons, which are straight-forward and to the point. We have seen improvements across our org as a result of using KnowBe4.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional functionality could be added to gain more in depth insights from the reporting capabilities, however the reporting metrics that are available currently work well for our immediate needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using KnowBe4 to educate our user base on security awareness topics and track completion of the training across our org.
Training with a catch
What do you like best about the product?
Fairly easy to use. Good range of topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many separate sessions are repetitive, not just content/message but exact same video/script. Too many sales contacts not enough training or user support

Allows us to have a training program, reports, history and analytics to meet security requirements.

The curriculum is presented in short easy to understand videos.

Since the training often is not accompanied by a test of key concepts it is hard to know if the end user grasped the concepts presented.

What do you like best about the product?
I've had the privilege of using the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training platform for some time now, and I must say it's been a game-changer in the realm of cybersecurity education. As cyber threats continue to evolve and become more sophisticated, having an effective training solution like KnowBe4 has become imperative for individuals and organizations alike.
Knowbe4 has a comprehensive training library which cover a wide range of cyber security topics from phishing awareness to data protection. Knowbe4's phishing simulations are very helpful in raising awareness about the different phishing techniques and how to spot phishing emails.

What do you dislike about the product?
One problem with Knowbe4 is the customisation complexity.The ability to customise training campaigns is a strength. However it can be difficult and also a learning curve without a dedicated cyber security or IT teams. Simplifying the customisation process would be benficial to a smaller business and non technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The security awareness training is beneficial because its making users more aware about how to spot phishing emails and how cyber attacks are becoming more sophisticated. There are also many different types of training material ranging from phishing awareness to data protection and social engineering which will help people learn about these things.
Great Training
What do you like best about the product?
The cyber security training videos with the training questions afterwards are very useful. Especially the funny ones that are more engaging to watch. It's easy to create training campaigns and the reports are great. You can see who has completed what.
What do you dislike about the product?
To encourage users it would be helpful to have more content about their personal cyber security awareness as more often than not it's the same processes as corporate focused things won't encourage them to learn as much. Staff obviously care more about their personal security than corporate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teaching the staff about cybersecurity and training them on things like MFA.
KnowBe4: An Invaluable Tool for Security Awareness Training.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is its excellent integration with Active Directory, which simplifies user management and ensures comprehensive training and phishing simulations for all users. Additionally, its automated rules integrated with Outlook for threat and spam email detection are highly effective and enhance our cybersecurity efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a search option on campaigns that we create which would have been very handy to sort out users based on name. And also would be handy to sort out based on alphabetical order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training solves problems related to phishing awareness, user engagement, automated threat detection, compliance, and risk reduction. It benefits us by improving employee awareness, streamlining security training, automating threat detection, ensuring compliance, and ultimately reducing our cybersecurity risk.
Lots of functionality and example modules/simulations
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility with setting up user groups, and easily being able to customise campaigns. The support service is also prompt with replying.
What do you dislike about the product?
The built-in reporting capabilities can sometimes be difficult to use, and often requires manual extraction of raw data and separate analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us build phishing awareness within our business, and allows us to track and quantify improvement/uplift.
Thorough training for any level
What do you like best about the product?
The training courses were through in their level of detail that would benfit any users of any level experience. Not only did they go through many different avenues of vulnerability, but it discussed how users can spot those issues and best way to proceed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was about two minutes too long for my tastes. My limited time means I don't always have time to sit down and absorb. However, it helps that it was well done and I didn't feel like I was wasting my time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing and social engineering attacks. How to identify them and most important what to do next. This aids in protect the organization and potentially keeping us complant to our industry standards.
Training as the first line of defense
What do you like best about the product?
We use KnowBe4 in the traditional way, but we also create custom training videos and upload them which turns it into a simple learning management platform as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. Account managers change frequently but they've all been very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a way to not only track risk, including generating reports for committees and our board of directors who are keen on how big of a deal ransomware is, but also to provide custom training that fits the specific needs of each employee based on their risk and experience level. KnowBe4 allows us to accomplish this goal by providing all of the above at a great price while offering outstanding support.
