Good to know and use
What do you like best about the product?
Good quality comprehensive training covers up to date security threats almost in real time easy to use smart way

Time it takes to read and absorb everything

What do you like best about the product?
I think the most helpful thing about KnowBe4 is the ability to scroll through many different topics and have a support staff that is quick to respond and extremely helpful. It is extremely easy to use, and easy to implement and integrate across many platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are restricted use, but if your company or university allows it you usually can get access. Specifically, allowing access to creating phishing email templates is an admin only task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving unnessary malware getting into my university systems, and training students and staff to be more aware of malicious content.
Security Training at it's best
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is a great training tool for my staff and faculty. It provides all the necessary information to help them understand what emails are threats. Setting up the training was very easy to use and implement. Customer support was great in helping me set the parameters for a successful training session. I have set up assessments to be done annually. I also have set up phishing campaigns on a quarterly basis. There are several features to help with campaigns and training. Integrating the sessions into our environment was easy and not time consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is helping to keep the staff informed about all types of cyber threats and email phishing attacks.
Wonderful Experience, Great Product, and Support!
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's security awareness training is relatively easy to setup. The depth of features it contains is wonderful and I would highly recommend utilizing the help of the onboarding reps to help get the initial training setup. Once that is done, the system runs automatically and can be very easy to duplicate for future training sessions. I was able to easily integrate KnowBe4 with my Active Directory, so new users get added to training automatically. Overall, I really like KnowBe4 and would recommend it to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system has a lot of depth, so you can't just jump in without some training and hand holding at the beginning. I also don't like that the AD integration requires one specific field in the users record to be filled in in order to work properly. Besides that obscure issue, the product is wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 allows us to provide monthly training and refresher courses to users so that they keep cybersecurity at the forefront of their mind. It is very easy for users to get phished or hacked and we need our human firewall to stay up-to-date with thier knowledge. KnowBe4 security awareness training allows us to keep them up to date and allows us to focus on particular topics that may be more important as the year progresses.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a Best Cyber Security awareness training plateform. Its usage and implementation was quite simple. Features are amazing and happy about this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training Modules are good, but i feel more quizes modules needs to be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solution is perfect for all user , but for i really found helpful for staff trainings. Becasue Knowbe4 gave a flexible times and module to play with our choice.

Regular training of users on one place.

Being able to control the distribution of training to users and tracking who completes the training.

I have no downsides to the training at this time.

it helps to keep users aware of potential security risks and it has good reporting levels for compliance requirements.
Very granular and lot's of options to cutomize.

The ability to have premade security training that we can just send out to the employees.

The dashboard looks a little dated and difficult to navigate.

User education and awareness
Very good and powerful tool for employees education
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of different content is available for different departments and positions. It's very easy to configure a training campaign and run it. Thanks to regular automatic emails users will be continuously reminded about completing the course.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some content looks drawn or made like a cartoon. Sometimes it's hard to find a training that does not look like a cartoon for kids. Would be good to have more studied content but not like cartoons or series.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security Awareness is an obligatory part of ISMS and KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is a great module that helps to comply with requirements and educate a personeel.
Knowbe4 is a great tool for teaching end users good habits
What do you like best about the product?
Since using knowbe4 security training we have had a large increase in end users identifying and reporting phishing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes training progress does not save which messes up some of the reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training of end users on their involvement in IT security. It has benefitted us a lot as users now report and identify more phishing emails and messages.
