What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform for users and Knowbe4 ensures all updated security lapses are addressed in the training with simple examples.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such there are nothing to mention however on-prem solution is also needed as around 30% to 40% Organization still using on-prem systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its so well designed training the feedback from everyone is so positive users thinks that someone personally conducting the training

What do you like best about the product?
The trainings are updated annually - with lots of different options for micro-learnings like the "Scam of the Week" newsletter. The end user experience has been pretty smooth overall, especially on the training side. The customer support (raising a support ticket) is very quick and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The choice of developer trainings is very basic. There is massive opportunity to enhance it (which they have already started on this year). There is no proactive communication about change in the UI or new features. The CSMs don't seem very knowledgeable outside of basic features. The reliance on their own PhishER button instead of integrating well with the Outlook existing reporting is also a shortcoming. It also has some false positives for the phishing tests (which are documented in their KnowlegeBase) causing friction for end users.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is known for its customizable and frequent phishing tests that mimic real-world attacks. This helps our employees recognize and respond to threats more effectively. The training includes videos, quizzes, games, and interactive modules that cater to different learning styles. Kevin Mitnick’s videos, in particular, are a highlight for many users. The platform makes it easy for admins to manage users, assign training, and monitor progress with detailed reporting and analytics. The content is regularly updated to reflect the latest threats and compliance requirements, which is crucial in a fast-evolving threat landscape. The trainings allow gamification for a different learning experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training content can become repetitive over time, especially for employees who’ve been through multiple annual cycles. We had lower-tier plans and found limitations in customizing training content or phishing templates compared to premium tiers. The remediation of malicious emails was more cumbersome than other platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our human firewall. Most breaches stem from user mistakes—clicking phishing links, using weak passwords, or falling for social engineering. KnowBe4 trains users to recognize and avoid these threats. Traditional training can be boring or ineffective. KnowBe4 uses gamification, humor, and interactivity to boost engagement and retention. Fewer phishing clicks and risky behaviors

What I like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is the ability to training staff on real-world phishing scams that have actually happened.

The good modules or training materials are often not on my subscription list.

Keeping the click rate of real phishing scams and malicious links down within my organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up different campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
This works great for our company, what I don't like is not being able to see the actual emails that users were sent, only a like minded email and not the actual testing email
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This really makes users think more about the emails they receive and if they should actually click on something in an unsolicited email

limited innovation in IA, have some customization challenges.

Human error in cybersecurity :KnowBe4 trains employees to recognize and avoid phishing attempts, CEO fraud, and other social engineering tactics.
Lack of Cybersecurity Awareness :KnowBe4 provides up-to-date, engaging training content that evolves with the threat landscape

The Only IT Initiative I've Implemented Where the Users Asked for More!

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training does exactly what they advertise. It is relatively simple to setup and runs without much intervention being required. We conduct monthly phishing campaigns and training campaigns. My users have asked if they could binge the training videos. Some departments have taken it upon themselves to print out screenshots from the KnowBe4 website and posted them in their breakrooms without IT prompting. Their support team has been proactively reaching out to me with suggestions for getting the most from the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes. I have opened several 'wish list' requests along the way. But these are just areas that I think would enhance the already strong offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, KnowBe4 helped us check a box on a security checklist. However, overtime, based on user input we are seeing that it is having a positive impact on user's behavior. The number of times users take advantage of the Phish Alert Button has improved since implementing the SAT product.

What do you like best about the product?
The trainings do a good job of breaking down and explaining issues to users that have to view the trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a lot of setup involved depending on how you want to use KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It explains to our users issues to be aware of with both personal and work devices and how those issues can potentially be avoided as well as consequences if they're not avoided and the seriousness of them.
