Great for security knowledge training
What do you like best about the product?
It's very helpful to get staff members trained on security vulnerabilities, helping them to be aware of issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the videos may seem simplistic, but it's important to be sure that everyone has a base level of knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The real issue is the vulnerability to phishing/malware attacks. It's important that all staff members are aware of this type of security, to prevent incidents.
Engaging and Entertaining
What do you like best about the product?
The live presentations and videos that I've seen from KnowBe4 are very informative and engaging. They're not long winded that one loses interest and drifts away. KnowBe4 ties entertainment and quizzes into the mix so I always feel enagged and energized to pay attention and answer the quiz.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel that I may need more information on a topic. KnowBe4 can provode more resources or other links to refer to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tarinigng provides insights as to what can cause a security breach and what's going on around that the world that one needs to be aware of.

What do you like best about the product?
As being a one person IT department for a concrete plant , KnowBe4 security trainng helps with security training with new emplaoyees as well and ong time staff

The cost was a little higher than expected and still pushing corp to aprove

Easy to Consume Material with High Production Value
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 creates short video content that allow users to quickly and easily be trained on a number of security and policies. The production value of series like the Inside Man turn security content into something users want to watch instead of just satisfying a requirement. From an administrative perspective, it's easy to understand how many users have completed their training and send them reminders if not. The internal phishing test functionality is also very valuable to keep users vigilant for phishing or spear phishing attempts they may receive for real. Overall, a great platform I've used at multiple companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training landing page could be a bit better organized but that's a very small inconvenience. Users are rarely unable to understand what training they have remaining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to quickly distribute training and get users to actually complete it.
Security Training by KnowBe4
What do you like best about the product?
The training carried out by KnowBe4 is extremely extensive and important for personnel who are not familiar with information security, the detail that is put into each video/presentation is precise and very detailed about the possible attacks that we can be a victim of, it is not necessary to be from the IT area to be able to protect ourselves even in our homes, the whole platform of KnowBe4 is easy to use.

At the moment I have nothing that I dislike

The main problem that it helps to reduce is phishing, which is a benefit for the entire company.

I've got to give props to KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for being a game-changer in the cybersecurity education game. The thing I love most is how they manage to turn what could be a snooze-fest of security jargon into something interesting and engaging. The content is interactive, relatable, and not at all like those mind-numbing training sessions we've all endured.
What sets KnowBe4 apart is their ability to make the learning experience feel less like a lecture and more like a tech-savvy adventure. The real-world scenarios and simulated phishing exercises are spot-on, keeping you on your toes. Plus, they're always updating their stuff to stay ahead of the bad guys.
The progress tracking is super handy. You can actually see yourself getting savvier with each module. KnowBe4 gets a big thumbs up from me – they've turned what could be a yawn-inducing topic into something surprisingly enjoyable.
ADI has be also super useful and helpful in delivering acurate metrics to executives and the KnowBe4 API has opened up the possibilities for tracking metrics and stats.

Security Awareness Training Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has a robust, easy to use platform with many features to create custom training campaigns in our environment. Our account representative is incredibly helpful, and always answers our questions or offers guidance the same day, if not the same hour when we inquire via email. We login into the platform at least twice weekly to check the status of training campaigns - the simple, yet descriptive graphs are very helpful in providing a holistic view of our company. The platform was very easy to set up and integrate with our active directory, and the sync option is always running so there is no need to intervene when creating or deleting accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more resources in the modstore for IT training at the lower subscriber levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented the Phish Alert Button recently - it has been incredibly useful for our users. We no longer receive nearly as many tickets regarding fraudulent email, users instead utilize the PAB to report email themselves. Training campaigns have led users to begin altering their habits and take a more active approach in terms of security - I have receive personal testimonies of this that apply to both work and personal life.

KnowBe4 has been helpful and easy to understand. The layout of training has been engaging as well and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not run into anything I disliked about the training platform or media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been more thorough with my phishing inspecting in emails- I used to avoid scams that were apparent but now I look into details closer and take additional time to determine if something is a threat.
