I am extremely satisfied with the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training platform and I am pleased to share my positive experience. This tool has proven to be essential in strengthening the cybersecurity posture in our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use to weaponize business email campaigns and collect metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
PhishFlip is amazing and would like to see this continue to be enhanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to continue to increase security awarness to our employees, if it is through emails or other channels like SMS. Our greatest asset but also our weakest link is the human link.

Awesome variety of traning programs. Super-easy to configure. They have a great knowledgebase of how-tos. Their customer support is top-notch!

Because there is so much content, it's easy to get overwhelmed with where to begin.

KnowBe4 helps us improve our security posture by offering Cybersecurity training and simulated phishing campaigns w/ remediation training.

The integration with Egress and we are able to issue training training based on performance of users.

The product integrates with Egress and has been a useful tool and training our users.

Highly recommend the use of KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of training available and in various languages is outstanding. To develop learning of this quality in house would require a lot of time and resources. It's easy to research the extensive library of training and find learning that aligns with our learning strategy and supports ongoing reinforecment to keep important practices and behaviours top of mind for our audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge we sometimes find is that there might be something included in the training that doesn't completely align with company policy. In these cases we simply provide supplemental material that clarifies company policy with our audiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To live into the company's information risk learning strategy, we want to provide both annual learning programs as well as bite-sized learning on a more frequent basis throughout the year. The training modules offered through KnowBe4 make it easy for us to deliver on this strategy.
I like the KnowBe4 trainings and security videos that they provide for our company.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps us be aware of the threats that happening around our day to day so helps remind us so that we don't do the wrong thing and is easy to use and helps our IT team implement Phish alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't see anything in the training that I dislike.

Helps me to stay alert and my company to be secure in our sensitive information.
Useful tool, but not as hands off as needed
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the way we can roll out training, there was great support for the October awarenss month. Phishing tests and reporting mechanism is very useful. The library of capabilities and training is useful aswell.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are having great difficulty with support, where requests are literally taking months. I am getting complaints that the training is repetitive and doesn't give them the opportunity to just skip to the test if they have done it already, so refreshed training would be good. Ease of setting up courses is tempered by some very confusing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training is being supplied and KPI's reported. Shame that the risk score desn't seem to be based in reality...

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing to me about the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is the content is easy to digest by all users in your environment. The languange and presentation is understandable to everyone in your ogranization, not just security professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any downside about these training modules as cybersecurity is everyone's responsibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training benefits us with phising simulations. No one in the organization is immune to phising attacks. It's important to stay mindful daily, and the training helps us accomplish this.

I dont like the way you are timed to sign off on a course, I am a quick reader, so I find I have to wait around to finish the course.
