There is also the Assessment very important to check the users knowledged and the effectivenes of training camopaign. there is also tools liek physycal test with QR code to print and distribute in the offices to very if users scan the malicious QR code, plus the Second Chance a tool that can be integrate in the company environment to prompt with a message users before they visit a potentially unsafe or unknown website. The initial Implementation is easy, do not take a lot of time, just need to allow the domain and IP used by KNOWVE4 in own environment protection, import users using a c,sv fiel or make an easy integration with Active Directory in order to update users automatically. The dashboard offer important and immediate information about the situation of training, organisation risk score, the phishing test situation and phish prone compared with Industry Benchmark data, and others information's as layout is customizable, so I use it frequently, every days to check progress and result. Knowbe4 offer a very good support, easy to contact, just open a ticket and the response is fast and professional, furthermore there is a community with advice, suggestions and experiences of others, very useful for using and improving knowledge on the platform. I suggest to use also in the account settings to activete the Phish Alert button very important to train users to recognise phishing email , if you activate the interation with the Phisher you can also monitor all email reported as a phish and provide feedback to users, useful method to improve the ability to spot a phish, also the use of Badges is very appreciateed by users that try to get all as recognition. the possibility to activatre the Learner Dashboard is also very userful for manager that can monitor and check their team activities. I can provide more information about this platform as it offers many other features and tools but the space available in this session would not be enough, I can conclude with the fact that you you will never get bored using this platform, because it is constantly evolving and exciting.

Nothing relevant, for me since it is important to have all the training available in 23 languages, the only thing I don't like is that I have to wait for the translation when a new training is published.

The platform is very effective in improving user awareness and preparedness, helping employees change behavior and recognize a threat or spot a phishing attempt. Thanks to this platform, the company has reduced the risks of social engineering, phishing and credential loss. Its use has solved the problem of having to provide periodic, always up-to-date training courses, covering all the main threats and in many languages, given that we have a variety of employees present in offices and factories around the world, it is essential to provide courses in the local language to facilitate learning and understanding of the various topics. I also solved the problem of purchasing different products as there are many integrated tools in the platform that cover all the needs for a complete security awareness program. Also the fact that the platform has a Learner App that allows users to attend training from their mobile phone has solved the problem for factory users who did not have a dedicated PC and therefore could not do the training, but with this app they can do it on your mobile phone without constraints. Even the variety of additional material such as newsletters, posters, documents saved me from having to search for materials on the internet to expand my security culture program which also includes sending and publishing newsletters, posters and security pills.

By using KnowBe4 and our employee engagement campaign, we have achieve 99.8% completion rate for mandatory training for over 7,000 employees last year.

Being able to have URL's to link directly to training videos or games would help us promote specific activities in our awareness communications.
Currently employees need to browse the library or use a slow search function to find the recommended module, which reduces our engagement score.

KnowBe4 support us with building our internal Security culture, and allow employees to increase their knowledge beyond the mandatory training

You can easily find some relevant trainings and ensure your colleagues are assigned trainings. The whole system is easy to set up and we hardly needed the help of a consultant. When we have a question, Support is quick to respond. Our users find the product easy to use and we've had little to no questions about what to do, even without training them.

What do you dislike about the product?

There's a lot of trainings and e-mail templates in the system, but there are very few filter options. This means you have to review a lot of material as an administrator to determine if it matches your needs. For instance, there are a lot of e-mails about setting a strong unique password, but you have to watch every video to find out which of them recommend a password length of 16 characters to match our organization policy.

We can now easily prove that our colleagues are trained in security and privacy awareness. The phishing tests also help us measure and compare how well colleagues at different departments and countries are able to identify threats. This helps explain the need for trainings to management.

Before we used KnowBe4 everyone had to sit through hour long powerpoint presentations now we can complete the induction training and annual refreshers on a monthly basis in smaller sections with a more interesting subject matter that seems to resignate with our employees better.
The regular phishing tests has really embeded the need to check all emails prior to opening.

The ease of use of creating campaigns both in Phishing and Training. The Customer Support is fantastic, they always happy to help and keep you updated. Integtrating with our other security suites makes for easy reporting using their Security Coach product, which gives real time feedback to users on sites they've visited. PhishER is another great part of the offering which allows users to subimt emails for review to check for Phishing / SPAM. I use KnowBe4's dashboard daily to keep updated across thier suite of products.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the URLs used by KnowBe4 for phishing links can get flagged by other security systems external to the companies, i.e. Google / Microsoft , however you can adjust the settings to use different domains.

It's helping solve the problem of lack of education in users around real world security threats. It's training platform can be tailored to an users and match thier prefrered teaching method, i.e., Video or Text.

What do you like best about the product?

The KnowBe4 plaform has a great, easy to navigate interface and plenty of engaging interactive content. The phishing simulation tool is great to test the preparedness of the staff and there is plenty of detailed reporting. The ability to import policies has been well recieved by other departments outside of IT too to guage knowledge and acceptance of these from staff. Implementation is easy and can be guided by lots of technical support freely available from your account manager and the support staff.

The pricing structure for smaller business can end up on the high side when going for the top tiers.
