Experience is good.
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice to set up the monthly phishing campaigns, let them run & monitor the results each month. We also utilize the monthly newsletters and share that info with our employees. There are several options for training as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few suggestions/enhancement requests:
1. Under the training tab, have two dropdowns. One that lists courses that have not yet been completed and one for courses a user has completed. IMO this will keep it cleaner, more organized, and easier to identify those courses a person has yet to do.
2. If there was a way to flag a course that has been used in a campaign, that would be great. That way we don't waste time watching something that we've already sent AND/OR we don't end up accidently sending out a course, video, etc. that was previously used.
3. On the phishing campaign clickers report...and even in the user timeline, is it possible to carry out the time from HH:MM (hour:minute) to be HH:MM:SS (hour:minute:second)? And maybe just organize the columns of the report differently - put them in chronological order? (Schedule/Delivered/Opened At/Attachment/Clicked At)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From my perspective, it assists with our monthly phishing campaigns, sharing knowledge with our employees via the newsletters, cyber security month training.

What do you dislike about the product?
- In order for an upgrade/feature request to be implemented, it must be requested and voted on by a large number of customers in the community support forum. No one can tell if a feature request will be implemented, give an ETA, or even be considered for inclusion on the roadmap.
- There is no built-in SCORM capabilities in order to create trainings or at least quizzes.
- When adding multiple campaigns in which there are multiple trainings, it is difficult for a user to differentiate which training is for which campaign because the user cannot select the campaign first to see what training courses are assigned to the specific campaign under the training tab.
- The training tab should include the option to display the administrator-configured sorting order.
- When there are multiple campaigns, there is no sorting option or ability to view trainings per campaign in the library section, making things much more complicated for users who have multiple campaigns assigned.
- No option to view policies in a list form rather than an icon view, which becomes a bit cluttered.
- When sending email notifications for training campaigns, there is no option to view a report on which emails bounced; instead, someone must check each user individually to see if an email bounced.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of sharing any training to all employees and notify them and their managers automatically. Also the provisioning capability and sync with the AD its a very important aspect on managing our users.
Great service
What do you like best about the product?
Well designed, reliable, easy to integrate
What do you dislike about the product?
The management of training modules can be definetely updated - most of the companeis now allow to download a "SCORM wrapper" that is of minimal size, as well as methods to create your own course paths by embedding multiple modules in a single file.
KnowBe4 instead allows only to download the entire SCORM files, resulting in tons of files to download, often of huge sizes, making it almost impossible to easily integrate the content in our own LMS.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improves awareness to information security topics and easily allows to customize simulated phishing
I think for most companies, KnowBe4 is the choice for phishing simulations and security training
What do you like best about the product?
The varied amount of content in the modstore, the ability to customize our phishing campaigns based on metrics gathered from the tool, and the relatively simple way of using the tool's functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that our requests around product improvements are not implemented often, and the integrations with our other platforms still do not exist after asking for quite a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps immensley with our various regulatory requirements. It also saves us a lot of time with pre-made content since our team is small.
Lots of Value, but it is reduced over time
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like MOST about KnowBe4 is that they have a platform that is quick and easy to setup. I have brought up three implementations now from scratch and each time it was minutes to get the basics going and not weeks before you could send your first email out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is just not locallized such that it will make sense to a global audience. It is pretty clear to me as a global customer that automated translation is used, and I get that, it is a great place to start, but you need to have someone in the organization that speaks at least each language you offer so that the material can be reviewed and locallization options can be reviewed. Some things make no sense in another country, or just do not translate well. If a human were to review all of the material, I think you would catch most of the little things and I think mostly that is what you have. There are likely some changes that need to be made to the translations that are not going to be word for word, but require a different phrase all together to make it work for the language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Awareness and Training program will bring all of our least technically proficient users up to a given level of performance. The really smart people aften comlain that they are not getting anything out of the program. It would be great if we could start users off with a SAPA or a proficietcy exam and use AI to place them on a track that is aligned with their needs. Maybe rank their training needs and provide more advanced trainig to those that need it.
Great content and reports, Support tickets could be improved
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the variety of content within the Modstore. Additionally, the creation of smart groups allows for more automation on our end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever my team reached out to the KnowBe4 support desk with an issue we typically have to wait weeks for it to be resolved. The support desk sends frequent updates that the ticket is still being worked on, but weeks in this industry are just too long. Most of the time, when our problem is resolved, I've already had to adapt and make changes in the way our training or process works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to perform quarterly phishing and training as well as remedial training for those individuals who fail phishing exercises.
Fast, useful
What do you like best about the product?
Relevant and useful info for our teams to meet our training goals
What do you dislike about the product?
the UI can be a little clunky and confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting the organisation and it's customers as well as meeting our compliance requirements
Market leaders in CSAT and phishing simulations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the vast content you can choose from, enabling you to make tailor-made solutions applicable to your organisation. We schedule monthly simulations for all our staff. The platform is easy o use and intuitive and comes with many integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The vast amount of content can sometimes make it difficult to select the best courses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 has allowed us to ensure our staff are more security conscious in their everyday practices
Engaging and Educational - A Must For All Staff
What do you like best about the product?
The content is engaging and short enough to encourage all staff to complete the modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about the training that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Raising awareness to phishing emails, how to spot them and how to avoid them.
Very thorough and extensive. Sometimes even overwhelming.
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 offers everything you need in terms of keeping your workforce's Security Awareness at par. It offers a guided path through the world of Security Awareness and gives you access to high-quality training and testing material. The suite is very well documented and their customer service is excellent as well.
I especially like the automatic creation of a yearly schedule filled with activities, based on your company profile.
I especially like the automatic creation of a yearly schedule filled with activities, based on your company profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that could be improved is guiding the user through the vast amounts of training materials they offer. The system does suggest that it's time for another Security Awareness training for your workforce, but then makes you do the selection of training material to include out of their huge library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my workforce well-educated on Security Awareness, not only by providing one-off training but by providing a continuous program.
Providing high-quality and up-to-date training materials.
Taking away my worries about organizing, purchasing and planning security awareness training.
