Easy to use and lots of content

What do you like best about the product?
Once I setup training campaigns, they tend to run themselves. The training content is contually updated and includes many forms of training. The newsletters are good, and the phishing simulation is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit higher than other companies that I've looked at, but I think the content offsets that as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The phishing simulation and followup training has been very helpful in training our users. I do wish that it would scale depending on each user's fail rate.

What do you like best about the product?
The capabilities of KnowBe4 are much better than most others in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that my users still click on things but we're doing our best to educate them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Educating & training our users to not click on malicious links.

Security Awareness Lifesaver

What do you like best about the product?
The large quantity of available premade training campaigns, automated simulated email attack testing, and clear reporting to track the progress of our employees
What do you dislike about the product?
Being unable to clearly report globally on those individuals that are running late on their traiing (we can do it for individual campaigns without issue though). We are exploring some new reporting options now that are supposed to resolve that issue though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The majority of our employees did not take email security seriously and we were seeing fairly frequent security issues accordingly. The initial tests were able to clearly demonstrate to leadership, and our employees, how serious the risk was and we were able to get quick adoption and support.

What do you like best about the product?
Support from account representative
French Canadian Translation of courses and other material
Easy to use interface
Tools to conduct phishing campaign and enhanced training based on enduser experience level
What do you dislike about the product?
The weekly Scam of the week notification email is only available in English. I require French Canadian.
Some of the awarenss posters would be better if they were not using cartoons but used more corporate style real images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Awareness of basic security issues with appropriate reporting. Meeting our contractual obligations. Improved recoginition of phishing and malicous emails.


Great tool, good price, pretty good content

What do you like best about the product?
The automation for testing.
Ability to post and record polices given to employees
Media is well produced and often entertaining
What do you dislike about the product?
The best material is behind the highest paywall. Even with Platinum, I feel as the selection pool for usable training modules is too shallow. I run quarterly tests and have a hard time finding modules I can use to fill a 20-25 minute training session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User Phishing awareness has vastly improved and the Phish Alert Button has been very valuable to both users and administration.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's platform makes creating training campaigns a breeze. Also provides you all the tools needed to notify your employees, track their progress, and even notify their direct supervisors on their progress. It's super simply to get everything setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the modules are a little cheesy and surface level, but at the same time it's hard to get people to pay attention long enough to learn anything of value these days. Their succient and quick modules are the most digestible way to providing the information to your employees as I've seen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were not able to provide any sort of standard Security Awareness Training before KnowBe4. Once we were required to do so by our cyber security insurance company, we immediately reached out to KnowBe4 because we knew they were the industry standard when it comes to easily deployable training modules.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about the security awareness training is that is a real feel to it with a strong sense of authenticity. The series with Kevin Mitnick is a great example of this
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the modules have a bias to American content, which is not appropriate within a global company

Internal company Cyber Security and raising the level of awareness across the company

What do you like best about the product?
The platform just works, with amazing customer support and a dedicated knowledge base. You couldn't ask for more from a company like KnowBe4
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has a great potential but has a number of bugs and would benefit from a user-centered testing and QA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates all of our training with the ability to add custom branding, training and customisation to our requirements. This alleviates a great percentage of work

What do you like best about the product?
The documentation of how to set it up with various email platforms is great. Having a dedicated integration specialist (Tam) to answer any questions and guide us is awesome as well. Documentation only goes so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Immediate feedback from the SAPA would help get user buy-in to training. If a user knows they're lacking in a particular area, they'd be more likely to willingly take the training assigned to strengthen that area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are more aware of malicious email coming to them and know how to properly react to it. Overall, this strenghtens the entire organization's security as well as those users' personal email interactions.

Nothing to dislike, again it is a user friendly platform. The only think I wish I could do was remove users from groups more easily.
