Excellent security awareness training
What do you like best about the product?
Randomization of content and delivery time of phishing campaigns and the professionalisom of the training information
What do you dislike about the product?
The non-standard integration of the Phish Alert Button across multiple end user devices (due to challenges put in place by Microsoft).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I have found the well designed and well-presented KnowBe4 training excercises to be very informative, insightful, and helpful. I believe KnowBe4's emphasis on employees being a crucial part of the front line of protection is on target ! I care about the company I work for and want to see it continue to thrive despite the many concerning threats that are out there in today's world. KnowBe4 gives me some significant assurance that - through their training and our vigilance - we can make it through today's cyber minefields ...
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is actually not KnowBe4's doing. When a small percentage of our employees are
slow to embrace the training - it is more on us co-workers and our company leadership to find effective

No clear target to implement integration feature KMSAT to LMS SuccessFactors by OCN (Open Content Network).

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the tests and training are phenominal. The system is fairly easy to use. The customer support is by far the best experience I have had with most any Tech company, both professional and personal, in the past 18+ years of my career.
What do you dislike about the product?
When setting up a campaign, if you dont create group, training and test in that order, the entire thing can go sideways and cause all sorts of havoc with your organization and the camapign you are trying to run. It would be nice if this requirement of setup could be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is revealing who our vulnerabilities are within our company. Most are benfitting from the training and becoming knowledgable with regards of being a "Human Firewall".

What do you like best about the product?
The easy in which I can lanch a training campiagn and the automated followup for users that need to complete training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the training material is silly and not appropiate for business. I'd like to see more serioius business content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to educate or team on Cyber threats and meeting our insurance requirements.
Good Tools, Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
The training is kept current and relevant. The quality is very good. They make the topic interesting as well. I like that we can track users success to campaigns and link phishing failures to specific additional training.

I cannot think of anything that is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishng is the pimary vector used by bad actors to gain access to an organization's network. KnowBe4's training is instrumental in educating our staff as to the tactics and dangers involved. It allows us to create custom campaigns geared toward the latest phishing attempts to test our staff, track their responses, and follow-up with those that fail. KnowBe4 also provides our annual cybersecurity eduation on other related topics. It automates much of the process and amplifies the effectiveness of our small internal security staff, giving them much broader reach and ability to go deeper on key topics. KnowBe4 is an integral part of our overall cybersecurity strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of the solution's capabilities and features are excellent, and the content of the modules are regularly updated and kept fresh and current. Also the ability to manage the various types of simulated phishing tests alongside the IT Security Awareness Training campaigns in the same portal makes the overall management task very easy and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is the inability to receive feedback on missed questions on the quizzes within the modules (i.e., the correct answer if answered incorrectly). My understanding is, "this was by design."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The solution allows us to readily comply with the requirements for us to have IT security awareness training, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and implement into your network. Campaigns are simple to create and send out to your user base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain videos are long form. These are fine for certain types of people, but the majortity aren't going to stick around for a 45 minute video that could be explained in 3 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps train our users about what to look for not just with email security, but also a wide range of topics for endpoint and network security.
